Charter
1. Chain of Command is Law
Orders flow down. Information flows up. Field leaders have full authority during operations. Disputes are handled after the mission — not during.
2. Respect the Uniform, Not the Ego
We are professionals. Internal loyalty and discipline are non-negotiable. Personal drama, insults, or clout-chasing have no place here.
3. Discretion is Survival
ADS operates in multiple jurisdictions — some legal, some not. What we do, who we do it for, and why, stay inside ADS. Loose lips cost lives.
4. The Mission Comes First
No glory hunting. No unnecessary conflict. No grandstanding. Execute the contract, complete the job, and extract clean.
5. Protect the Reputation
While we walk the gray lines, ADS does not engage in wanton piracy, grieving, or dishonorable conduct. We are feared because we are controlled.
6. Know Your Lane
Pilots fly. Gunners gun. Commanders command. Specialization is a strength. Cross-train, but don’t freelance when lives are on the line.
7. No Civilians, No Collateral — Unless Paid
We protect the weak, unless the contract states otherwise. Unnecessary damage or civilian interference is inefficient… and unprofessional.
8. Loyalty is Earned — and Rewarded
We protect our own. Betrayal, espionage, or hostile actions against ADS personnel will be met with a lethal response — no negotiations.
9. Credit Talks
We work for contracts, not causes. That said, any action that endangers the org’s long-term profit, unity, or survival will be treated as hostile.
