As humanity reached the edges of explored space, the Aetarians seized the opportunity to expand beyond their home systems. With unmatched fleet coordination and advanced orbital fortifications, they established Aetarian dominance over key jump points, securing vital trade lanes and resources.

The rise of the Imperator-led High Council formalized the structure of the Empire: • Imperator — supreme authority of all imperial domains • Praetors — commanders of fleet and sector • Legati — governors and recruiters • Tribunes — masters of communication, branding, and propaganda

Wars were fought, alliances forged, and rivals subdued. Each victory reinforced the Empire’s doctrine: Strength in unity, dominance in space, and permanence across the stars.

We, the Imperator and citizens of the Aetarian Empire, united by purpose and loyalty, establish this charter to define the governance, hierarchy, and guiding principles of our empire. The Aetarian Empire exists to secure order, prosperity, and dominance across the stars, ensuring the legacy of our people endures through strength, discipline, and unity.

Article I – Structure of the Empire 1. Imperator – Supreme ruler, holds ultimate authority over all military, administrative, and diplomatic actions. 2. High Council / Praetors – Senior officers advising the Imperator, managing sectors, fleets, and strategic initiatives. 3. Legati – Sector governors and recruitment officers responsible for administration, enforcement, and growth of the Empire. 4. Tribunes – Officers managing communications, branding, propaganda, and morale across all imperial holdings. 5. Fleet Officers & Specialists – Commanders of ships, divisions, and units under the direction of the Praetors and Imperator. 6. Operatives & Citizens – Pilots, engineers, marines, and other members supporting the Empire’s mission.
