History

Adaptive Heavy Industry Solutions (AHIS) was founded in the year 2953 with a mission to provide a reliable, adaptive, and professional solution to any and all heavy industry projects. At AHIS, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in space-based heavy industry and logistics, and to helping our clients achieve their goals with confidence and ease.

As a relatively new company, we recognize the importance of building trust and establishing a track record of success. That is why we place such a strong emphasis on commitment and reliability in everything we do. From the first consultation to the final delivery, our clients can count on us to be there every step of the way, providing the support and expertise they need to succeed.

Over the years leading up to the foundation of AHIS, we have expanded our capabilities and expertise, taking on a wide range of projects and challenges in the field of space-based industry and logistics. Manifesto

This Manifesto shall be effective upon its adoption by the founding members of AHIS and shall remain in effect until amended or dissolved

Our corporation’s motives & views are heavily focused on safe, sustainable, professional, and high-quality work practices. Further information about our corporation is listed below.

Article I: Name and Purpose
The name of this corporation is Adaptive Heavy Industry Solutions (AHIS). The purpose of this corporation is to ensure the highest quality of customer service and satisfaction. Our corporation is also heavily interested in member feedback and suggestions that can help propel our corporation forward in our never-ending ambition to be the best Heavy Industry organization in the game for both our customers and our members alike.

Article II: Membership
Membership in AHIS shall be open to any individual or entity that shares the corporation’s goals and values and is willing to abide by the corporation’s bylaws and regulations.

Article III: Governance
AHIS shall be governed by a Board of Directors with each branch having its own representative, each of whom shall be hand selected by the CEO and Board and shall serve on the board until they are impeached due to failing to uphold the duties of the position. Should an Impeachment occur the director shall take his place and then the members and board will vote on which manager shall replace the director. The Board of Directors shall be responsible for overseeing the corporation’s operations and for making strategic decisions regarding its future direction. The CEO holds the final say in the org, while still organizing and leading the company in a positive direction with the help of the Board Of Directors.

Article IV: Meetings
Meetings of the members and the Board of Directors shall be held as necessary and shall be conducted in accordance with the corporation’s bylaws and regulations. Notice of meetings shall be provided to all members in a timely manner.

Article V: Finances
The finances of AHIS shall be managed in a responsible and transparent manner. All funds received by the corporation shall be used to further its goals and objectives.

Article VI: Dissolution
In the event that AHIS is dissolved, all remaining assets shall be distributed to a charitable organization or organizations whose goals are aligned with those of the corporation.

Article VII: Amendments
This Manifesto may be amended by a vote of two-thirds of the board members with the board members making their vote based on the collective opinion of that branch’s members. Any proposed amendment shall be provided to all members in writing at least thirty days prior to the vote.

Article VIII: Bylaws and Regulations
The Board of Directors shall have the authority to adopt and amend bylaws and regulations governing the corporation’s operations, provided that they are consistent with this Manifesto and with applicable laws and regulations.

Charter

Article I: Discipline, Honor, and Respect
Maintaining discipline, honor, and respect is consistently practicing these values in all aspects of our lives in the verse. This requires a conscious effort to uphold these values, even in challenging situations. It means setting boundaries, prioritizing tasks, and avoiding distractions to maintain discipline. Honoring oneself and others by being accountable, truthful, and fair in all circumstances is crucial. Treating everyone with kindness, empathy, and consideration, regardless of their background or beliefs, is a must. It also means recognizing and appreciating the worth and dignity of every individual. In essence, the rule for maintaining discipline, honor, and respect is to live these values, both in our personal and professional lives, and uphold them as non-negotiables for ourselves and those around us. By consistently practicing these values, we can create a culture of excellence, integrity, and mutual respect.

Article II: Racism and/or Sexism
Racism and/or Sexism is strictly prohibited as it violates Article I. But we feel the need to reiterate it here as while it may be funny or accepted by some it can be extremely offensive to others, so please if you are going to be making racist and/or sexist jokes/remarks please be sure to make sure that all members present are aware that what is being said is not to be taken seriously and if any member starts to become uncomfortable it is your duty to cease such activity. It is also forbidden to engage in such activity while assisting a customer or associating with citizens outside of the corporation as Professionalism is very important which leads us to Article III.

Article III: Professionalism
Maintaining professionalism is conducting oneself with a high level of competence, expertise, and ethical standards in all professional interactions. This involves showing respect for colleagues, clients, and the workplace environment. Professionalism requires the ability to communicate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. It means being punctual, reliable, and accountable for one’s work and taking responsibility for mistakes. Maintaining professionalism also involves following the organization’s policies and procedures, and keeping confidential information private. It means continually seeking to improve one’s knowledge and skills to stay current in the field. By consistently maintaining professionalism, we can establish a reputation for excellence, build trust with colleagues and clients, and create a positive work environment.

Finally, make sure you have fun, this org isn’t meant to be a source of stress, relax and have fun that’s all we’re looking for :).
