Respect the Chain of Command: All members must adhere to orders and coordinate within their squads to ensure mission success.
No Unauthorized PvP or Harassment: Engage targets according to org strategy; avoid rogue actions that compromise group objectives.
Maintain Operational Security: Do not share sensitive information, tactics, or org internal matters with outsiders.
Professional Conduct: Treat all members with respect in communications; harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior is prohibited.
Commitment to the Void: Members are expected to participate actively, support org objectives, and uphold the Psychroaimos reputation.
Ship and Resource Responsibility: Handle org assets, ships, and resources with care; misuse or negligence is not tolerated.
Excellence in PvP: Members must strive to improve skill, teamwork, and efficiency in combat; mediocrity is not acceptable.
Failure to adhere to these rules may result in removal from the organization. The militia values precision, loyalty, and cold-blooded execution above all.
