Profit: Cerberus thrives on lucrative contracts. Completing missions efficiently and exceeding expectations is crucial. Personal gain is secondary to the success of the company. However, exceptional performance will be rewarded handsomely.
Silence is Golden: Discretion is key. We do not discuss our operations or clients with outsiders. Loose lips sink ships, and jeopardize the entire operation.
