History

After tiring of the corruption and apathy of our past lives, we few decided to stand firm and claim our stake in the ’Verse. While our numbers are small, we maintain an effective and ruthless band of Mercenaries, Pirates, Bounty Hunters, and all other types of Citizens required to keep the war machine turning along.

Amped was forged in the margins of the UEE—far from the polished corridors of power and the empty promises of megacorporations. Its founding members were veterans of failed contracts, broken alliances, and employers who valued profit over people. Each had seen firsthand how corruption, incompetence, and political indifference left skilled pilots expendable.

Rather than continue serving interests that neither respected nor rewarded them, these pilots chose independence.

Operating initially as an unregistered cell, Amped took on high-risk work others avoided: interdictions in unstable systems, bounty contracts against well-connected criminals, and mercenary operations where failure meant erasure. Survival demanded precision, discipline, and absolute trust in one another. Those who could not keep pace were left behind.

Over time, Amped developed a reputation—small, fast, and devastating. They struck where it hurt, vanished before retaliation, and never wasted resources on unnecessary engagements. Piracy was treated as calculated warfare, not chaos. Bounty hunting was methodical. Mercenary work was completed with cold efficiency. Skill was currency, and only those who could prove their worth were allowed to fly under the Amped name.

The organization refused mass recruitment, choosing instead to remain lean and lethal. Every pilot, gunner, and commander was expected to contribute meaningfully in combat. PvP dominance was not a goal—it was a requirement.

Today, Amped exists as a shadow force within the ’Verse: not loyal to governments, not beholden to corporations, and not interested in ideals that cannot survive contact with reality. They are professionals in a lawless frontier, carving opportunity from conflict and ensuring that, no matter who claims to rule the stars, Amped always has a seat at the table—or a gunship overhead.

The Amped Manifesto

We pride ourselves on the following tenants. These are not suggestions. They are the disciplines that define who we are and who we are not.

Integrity

Back what you say and who you are, even when it is inconvenient.
Stand firm in your convictions when compromise would be easier.

Integrity is trust forged under pressure—between wingmen, crews, and leaders.
Your word is your bond, and your actions are its proof.

Skill

Your mind is the most lethal weapon in your hangar.
Use it to its full potential.

Ships, weapons, and credits are replaceable. Awareness, decision-making, and execution are not. We expect our members to think faster, adapt quicker, and perform better than those who oppose us.

Skill is earned. Skill is refined. Skill is respected.

Commitment

Charter

Amped Organization Charter

Article I: Name

The name of this organization shall be Amped.

Article II: Mission and Focus

Amped is a high-skill Star Citizen organization specializing in:

  • Piracy operations
  • Bounty hunting
  • Mercenary contracts
  • Player-versus-player (PvP) ship combat

Our mission is to operate efficiently, tactically, and professionally in high-risk environments while maintaining dominance in PvP engagements.

Article III: Core Values

Amped is built on the following principles:

  • Skill over numbers
  • Team coordination and discipline
  • Professional conduct during operations
  • Continuous improvement and training
  • Respect for fellow members and allies

Article IV: Membership and Enlistment

1. Membership in Amped is selective and earned.

2. All applicants must demonstrate:

  • High-level experience in Star Citizen
  • Proven skill in PvP ship combat
  • Strong situational awareness and communication

3. Applicants may be required to:

  • Participate in combat evaluations or trials
  • Complete an interview or probationary period

4. Failure to meet performance or conduct standards may result in removal.

Article V: Ranks and Leadership

Amped shall operate under a structured chain of command.

Leadership Roles may include:

  • Commander / Organization Leader
  • Officers
  • Flight or Squad Leaders

Leadership is responsible for:

  • Planning and leading operations
  • Training members
  • Enforcing standards and discipline

Promotions are based on skill, reliability, teamwork, and contribution, not time served.

Article VI: Operations

1. Amped conducts organized operations including:

  • PvP combat patrols
  • Piracy and interdiction
  • Contract-based mercenary missions
  • Bounty hunting

2. Members are expected to:

  • Follow orders during operations
  • Maintain operational security
  • Be prepared with appropriate ships and loadouts

3. Discipline and coordination are mandatory during combat.

Article VII: Code of Conduct

1. Members must act with professionalism at all times.
2. Toxic behavior, griefing without purpose, or actions that damage the organization’s reputation are prohibited.
3. Internal conflicts must be handled through leadership, not public channels.
4. Cheating, exploiting, or violating game rules is strictly forbidden.

Article VIII: Training and Development

1. Amped encourages regular training sessions focused on:

  • PvP ship combat
  • Group tactics and formations
  • Situational awareness and decision-making

2. Members are expected to continuously improve their skills.

Article IX: Amendments

This charter may be amended by leadership approval and, when appropriate, member input.

Article X: Dissolution

If Amped is disbanded, all shared assets and resources will be handled by leadership in accordance with organizational agreements.
