Manifesto

PRO OMNI VITA

This is our creed, for our primary goal is the preservation of life and safety for all of Stanton’s residents. We provide two main services:

MEDEVAC
  • Dedicated medical response in non-combat zones. Specialized treatment is provided to patients in addition to transportation to dedicated medical facilities. MEDEVAC units are generally unarmed.

CASEVAC
  • Rapid response in combat zones. Patient stabilization and extraction are prioritized over specialized medical care. Once removed from the hostile environment, the patient is then provided further treatment and transportation to a dedicated medical facility. While CASEVAC units are armed, they are strictly ordered to defend themselves and the patients only. We are not a PMC. If the patient is the target of law enforcement, personnel are under standing orders to not engage in hostilities.

Pricing:
You pay what you want! While we are a non-profit, equipment and supplies cost money. However, if you are either unable to pay or are unwilling to pay for services rendered, your treatment will not be affected in any way.

Disclaimer: We are not a taxi service. If no medical aid or rescue service is required, personnel may choose to assist the patient in acquiring 3rd party transportation if they so wish, but are not allowed to use S.T.A.R. equipment or vehicles in such a manner. If a legitimate emergency does arise during such a scenario, personnel are required to immediately respond.

Charter

  1. S.T.A.R. personnel are not to engage in hostilities outside of the defense of themselves and their patients.
  2. S.T.A.R. personnel are not to engage in hostilities with law enforcement in any capacity.
  3. S.T.A.R. personnel operate strictly on a volunteer basis. Payment is never guaranteed.
  4. S.T.A.R. personnel are not to pressure or persuade any patient for payment. If payment is not offered or questioned, it is not to be discussed.
