Originally established as a boutique technology and infrastructure firm, Archon specialized in complex system integrations, wide-area surveillance architecture, and high-security database management. Our earliest planetary contracts involved wiring corporate sectors and government outposts with state-of-the-art optical networks and automated security systems. We built the unblinking eyes that kept legitimate commerce safe.

However, the true value of our enterprise soon became apparent to the founding board. We realized that the hardware we installed was merely the vessel; the real power lay in the data flowing through it. We understood that whoever builds the surveillance network ultimately controls the narrative.

Standard Operating Procedures & Associate Guidelines

To maintain our position at the apex of the frontier, all personnel—from logistics contractors to tactical operators—are required to adhere to the following corporate directives.

1. Absolute Discretion (Information Security Protocol)
Information is our primary asset; silence is our primary shield. Associates must never disclose internal corporate data, surveillance findings, fleet movements, or the true nature of our “strategic interventions” to outside entities. What is observed by the Corporation stays within the Corporation.

2. Scope of Work Adherence
Every operation within Archon, whether a standard cargo haul or an unlisted asset recovery, is governed by a strict Scope of Work. Associates are expected to execute their assigned directives precisely, efficiently, and without drawing unnecessary attention. Initiative is rewarded, but reckless deviation from the plan is a liability.

3. Operational Neutrality
The Archon Corporation is a chaotic-neutral entity. We are not a charity, nor are we a pirate cartel—we are a business. Members will not allow personal vendettas, political alignments, or moral objections to interfere with a lucrative contract. 4. Strategic Resource Allocation
Every associate is expected to contribute to the overarching goals of the Corporation. Currently, this mandates active participation in the Capital Fleet Initiative. A percentage of all operational yields—whether from legitimate trade or unregulated acquisitions—will be allocated toward the procurement and outfitting of our Idris and Polaris class command centers and heavy ordnance platforms, as well as providing ships and gear to outfit our associates. The continued expansion of our surveillance and enforcement network relies on heavy ordnance. All Associates are expected to actively participate in the strategic resource allocation program. A portion of all operational yields must be dedicated to the procurement, outfitting, and maintenance of our organization and associates ships and equipment.

5. Internal Cohesion & Conduct
We present a unified, impenetrable front to the rest of the verse. Internal disputes are to be handled with corporate professionalism, not in public communication channels. Aggression against fellow Archon Associates, theft of corporate assets, or the sabotage of integrated systems will result in immediate termination of your contract—and your vessel.

Failure to comply with these directives will result in a permanent severing of ties and immediate reclassification as a target of interest.
