A Manifesto for Order, Legacy, and Human Dominion
Areis Security Solutions was not founded in a time of peace, nor in an age of comfort. It was born in an era when humanity stood at the height of its power—and at the edge of its decay. We exist because history has proven, again and again, that order is never permanent, that stability must be defended, and that civilization collapses not from external pressure alone, but from internal rot, complacency, and weakness.
We reject the illusion that history progresses naturally toward harmony. There is no invisible hand guiding mankind toward virtue. There is only discipline, hierarchy, and the will to enforce continuity against entropy.
The United Empire of Earth was not forged through consensus or indulgence, but through conquest, unity of purpose, and the subordination of chaos to law. Humanity did not spread to the stars by negotiation alone, but by force of arms, sacrifice, and the imposition of order where none existed.
Areis exists to remember this truth—when others would prefer to forget it.

On Order and Decay
Every civilization reaches a moment when it confuses tolerance for virtue and restraint for weakness. When law becomes negotiable, when discipline is viewed as cruelty, and when strength is apologized for rather than respected, decline accelerates. At the edges of human space, this decay is not theoretical—it is lethal.
Piracy, insurgency, alien predation, and corporate lawlessness thrive wherever authority hesitates. The frontier does not forgive indecision. The void does not care for sentiment.
Areis Security Solutions stands where institutional forces cannot—or will not—act decisively. We are not an army of ideology, nor a mob of mercenAreis driven by coin alone. We are a professional instrument of force, bound by doctrine, tradition, and an unyielding belief that order must be visible, enforced, and unquestioned.

On Human Primacy
The stars were not gifted to humanity. They were taken—claimed through blood, fire, and resolve. To deny this is to deny history itself.
Areis affirms the primacy of humanity within the known galaxy. This is not hatred of the other; it is loyalty to our own. The survival of mankind requires cohesion, hierarchy, and the willingness to act decisively against existential threats—whether alien, criminal, or internal.
Where others debate endlessly, we act.
Where others hesitate, we advance.
Where others retreat into abstraction, we enforce reality.

On Authority and Loyalty
Areis recognizes lawful authority, but we do not worship bureaucracy. Legitimacy flows from results, from protection rendered, from stability preserved. Titles mean nothing without the strength to uphold them.
We are loyal to the idea of the Empire—not as it is marketed, diluted, or rebranded—but as it was forged: unified, disciplined, and unapologetically human. We honor legacy not as nostalgia, but as instruction.
The past is not a burden. It is a blueprint.

On the Warrior Ethos
Every Areis operative is expected to embody warrior ethos, discipline, and absolute commitment to mission. We reject excess, indulgence, and moral decay. Our culture is austere by design. Strength is cultivated. Weakness is corrected—or removed.
We do not fight for spectacle.
We do not fight for applause.
We fight to preserve the honor of humanity.
Like the ancient warrior orders of humanity’s forgotten eras, we understand that peace is maintained not by words, but by those willing to stand in silence, armored and resolute, at the boundary between order and annihilation.

On the Future
We do not claim to save the Empire.
We do not claim to rule it.
We exist to ensure it endures.
When institutions fracture, when borders fray, and when the illusion of eternal peace collapses—as it always does—Areis Security Solutions will remain. Fleet-borne. Ground-ready. Uncompromising.

*Grand Charter
Issued February 10, 2655
Re-issued at the behest of the most honorable High Secretary upon November 5, 2794.*

Preamble

In order to ensure safe travel, legal commerce, and to assist in the stabilization of the interior and exterior of Imperial holdings, so does the High Secretary issue this Grand Charter to Areis Security Solutions Incorporated, on the condition that it operate within Imperial law. Under this charter, Areis Security Solutions Incorporated will be allowed privileges afforded to that of a Private Military Corporation, allowing it to fulfill contracts, carry out operations, defend assets of itself and clients with force, and move freely in the empire. This charter also grants Areis Security Solutions Incorporated the capacity to pursue letters of Marque for the purpose of fighting pirates in times of peace and war. What follows is the authorized organization of Areis Security Solutions Incorporated. Should any of their internal workings change, Areis Security Solutions Incorporated will need to file such changes with the Office of the High Secretary, in order to keep this charter current.

Mission Statement

Areis Security Solutions Incorporated accepts this charter for the purpose of public and private asset protection, to carry out public and private military operations, assist in the movement of goods throughout the empire by way of providing security and transportation, anti-piracy operations, protection of High Value Targets, Covert Operations, and the completion of both public and private contracts from any issuer, including Areis Security Solutions. To this end, Areis Security Solutions Incorporated is authorized to sell and purchase military arms, material, orbital facilities, galactic facilities, planetary facilities, interplanetary vehicles and ships, military vehicles, and trade in any other goods as befits them, assuming it is not contraband. However, if the goods are needed to carry out operations or contracts or were acquired in the act of fulfilling operations and contracts, any goods will not be considered to be contraband until the end of said contract or operation. In which case, normal contraband law will apply if Areis Security Solutions is still in possession of unauthorized contraband. Contraband may be authorized by local and imperial authorities. These operations, it is understood, are to be carried out for the profit of Areis Security Solutions Incorporated or otherwise to befit operational integrity of the organization itself.

Corporate Structure

Chief of Military Operations: the head of the Areis Security Solutions. Is responsible for all business and military actions of the corporation. Who fills this office is decided by the Chamber Militant, whose members shall be made up of the Grand Admiral, the Vice Grand Admiral, the Commissar, and the Praetor. Such meetings and elections are not mandatory and will be decided by the will of this board.

Admiralty: the operational commanders of battle groups within Areis Security Solutions Incorporated. While legal responsibility will be delegated to which ever entity has the highest rank, who is present, Admirals ultimately have both operational and legal responsibility for whatever operation they are managing. They, and everyone below them are promoted by merit or by contribution to the operating assets of Areis Security Solutions Incorporated. The heads the Admiralty will be the Grand Admiral and the Vice Grand Admiral.

Commissariat: the body responsible for recruitment, marketing, military and business intelligence, and covert operations, ran by the Praetor and Commissar and their staff.

Captain: Responsible for the efficacious management of one to three ships. All ranks and levels of organization below Captain will follow traditional military expectations and roles.

Amendments and Revocation In order to amend or change any clauses herein will require the authorization of the Chamber Militant, with approval from the Chief of Military Operations. Once such decision has been made, it will need to be filed with the office of the High Secretary, in order to keep this charter current.

Should Areis Security Solutions Incorporated or any of its subsidiaries ever violate this charter or act against the interest of the United Empire of Earth, then the High Secretary will be within rights to revoke such charter take all necessary actions to cease and desist such illegal behaviors and operations.
