Manifesto

The Ares Manifesto
“In Chaos, Order. In Battle, Victory.”

I. Executive Summary
The stars are vast, lawless, and indifferent. In the verse of Star Citizen, where the United Earth Empire’s reach is fragile and the shadows are filled with predatory threats, security is not a luxury—it is a commodity bought with blood, precision, and steel.

Ares is a premier paramilitary organization dedicated to mercenary operations, tactical security, and force multiplication. We are not scavengers, nor are we pirates. We are the ultimate deterrent. Where others see insurmountable conflict, we see an operational objective.

II. Our Core Pillars
Absolute Combat Excellence: Every pilot, marine, and logistics officer within Ares operates at peak efficiency. We do not count on luck; we count on rigorous training, superior tactical positioning, and overwhelming firepower.

The Contractor’s Honor: In our line of work, reputation is everything. When Ares signs a contract, it is an absolute guarantee. We deliver results exactly as specified, without hesitation or compromise.

Unwavering Brotherhood: An individual fighter is vulnerable; a unified fleet is invincible. We protect our own with the same ferocity we bring to the battlefield. To be an Ares operator is to never fly alone.

III. Primary Mission Profiles
Ares operates across the full spectrum of security and military applications:

1. High-Value Asset Protection
Whether guarding a massive Orion mining platform in deep space, escorting a Hull-E through a volatile quantum corridor, or securing a corporate outpost on a hostile moon—Ares forms an impenetrable shield around our clients’ investments.

2. Kinetic Intervention & Interdiction
When negotiations fail, we step in. We specialize in bounty hunting, pirate eradication, and the elimination of hostile threats. If a sector needs clearing, we deployment the full weight of our fleet to pacify it.

3. Rapid Response & Drop-Ship Operations
Our ground forces are trained for high-intensity planetary drops. From bunker extractions to reclaiming hijacked outposts, Ares marines provide a swift, violent, and precise response to any ground-level crisis.

IV. The Ares Code of Conduct
“We do not fight for malice, nor do we fight for free. We fight to bring absolute control to a chaotic universe.”

No Unsanctioned Piracy: We do not raid the innocent or disrupt legitimate commerce. We are professionals, not marauders.

Chain of Command: In the heat of battle, hesitation costs lives. Compliance with operational directives ensures our collective survival and success.

Discretion Assured: The business of our clients is strictly confidential. What happens on an Ares operation stays within the flight recorder.

V. Call to Arms
The verse has plenty of dreamers, traders, and victims. We are none of those. We are the shield that holds the line and the sword that strikes the enemy down.

If you have the discipline to fly under our banner, the skill to hold your ground when the shields fail, and the hunger to claim your fortune in the stars—your seat is waiting.

Join Ares. Master the Verse.

Charter

Ares Organizational Policy & Public Rules
1. Code of Conduct (The Ares Standard)
All operators flying under the Ares banner are expected to maintain professional discipline. Our reputation is our most valuable asset.

Professionalism First: Members must conduct themselves with dignity in global chat, spectrum, and community hubs. Trash-talking, griefing, or toxic behavior is strictly prohibited.

The Contract is Absolute: Once a contract is accepted—whether it is an escort, a bounty, or a security detail—it must be seen through to completion. Betraying a client or taking a bribe to throw an operation results in immediate expulsion and blacklisting.

No Unsanctioned Piracy: Ares is a mercenary and security force, not a pirate pack. We do not engage in unprovoked attacks on lawful traders, industrial players, or civilians. Combat is reserved for designated targets, hostile combatants, and active contracts.

2. Rules of Engagement (ROE)
Ares operators must understand when to pull the trigger. Knowing when not to shoot is what separates us from common criminals.

Defense of Assets: Operators are authorized to use lethal force to protect any client, client asset, or Ares fleet element from imminent threat.

Lawful Bounties: Lethal or non-lethal force is authorized against any target with an active, lawful CrimeStat, provided it aligns with current org operations or active hunting contracts.

Collateral Damage Minimization: During security details, operators must take all reasonable precautions to avoid damaging civilian shipping, local law enforcement vessels, or neutral bystanders.

3. Hierarchy and Chain of Command
To survive high-intensity operations in the verse, Ares utilizes a streamlined tactical hierarchy.

Operational Authority: During an official operation, the designated Strike Commander or Flight Lead has absolute tactical authority. Orders must be followed immediately to ensure fleet survival. Directives can be questioned during the post-op debrief, not during quantum transit or a dogfight.

Dispute Resolution: Internal conflicts between members will be handled privately through the Command Staff. Public drama in Discord or game chat will not be tolerated.

4. Public Relations & External Relations
How Ares interacts with the rest of the Star Citizen community.

Confidentiality: The specifics of corporate security contracts, client identities, and non-public patrol routes are strictly confidential. Sharing operational security (OpSec) data outside the organization is a fireable offense.

Hiring and Procurement: Ares is open to contracts from lawful corporations, independent miners, shipping conglomerates, and orgs requiring force multiplication. We reserve the right to refuse service to known pirate syndicates or entities that actively work against our core pillars.
