ETHICS:

1. INACTIVITY
   • 21 days of inactivity without any notice will result in a involuntary separation of “ASGAARD Interstellar Security Group”.

1. MISCONDUCT
   • Unacceptable, or improper behavior, especially to behave in a unprofessional manner shall be punished under direct.

1. FRAUDULENT CONTRACT
   • Any person who procures his/hers own contract of appointment in ASGAARD ISG by knowingly false representation or deliberate concealment as to his/her qualifications for that contract or appointment and receives pay or allowances there under shall be punished under direct.

1. MISSING MOVEMENT
   • Any persons who accept a contract who through neglect or design misses the movement of a ship, aircraft, or unit with which he, or she is required in the course of duty to move shall be punished as direct.

1. IMPROPER HANDLING OF VEHICLE, AIRCRAFT, OR VESSEL
   • Any contractor who operates or physically controls any vehicle, aircraft, or vessel in a reckless manner may be punished as direct.

1. AIDING THE ENEMY
   • Any Contractor who aids, or attempts to aid, the enemy with arms, ammunition, supplies, money or other things; or without proper authority, corresponds with or holds any intercourse with the enemy shall be punished as direct.

1. ESPIONAGE
   • Any contractor subject to this who, with intent or reason to believe that it is to be used to the injury of ASGAARD ISG, clients, or to the advantage of a foreign organization, communicates, delivers, or transmits, may be punished as direct.
