Article I: Name and Purpose

1.1 Name: The organization shall be known as Atlas Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Atlas”.

1.2 Purpose: Atlas is established as a premier Private Military Contractor (PMC) within the UEE, specializing in infiltration, security operations, and bounty hunting. Our mission is to provide exceptional services to clients, uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, and execute missions with precision and efficiency.

Article II: Membership

2.1 Eligibility: Membership in Atlas is open to individuals who demonstrate exceptional skill, dedication, and integrity. Prospective members must undergo a thorough screening process to ensure alignment with Atlas’s values and objectives.

2.2 Rights and Responsibilities: Members of Atlas shall have the right to participate in missions, access resources and training facilities, and contribute to the advancement of the organization. 5.2 Implementation: Ratified amendments shall be communicated to all members of Atlas and incorporated into the Charter. The updated Charter shall supersede all previous versions.

Article VI: Dissolution

6.1 Dissolution Process: In the event of dissolution, Atlas shall liquidate assets, settle liabilities, and distribute remaining funds in accordance with legal requirements and contractual obligations.

6.2 Continuation of Mission: In the event of dissolution, Atlas members may choose to disband or reorganize under a new entity, subject to mutual agreement and adherence to legal procedures.

Article VII: Ratification

7.1 Ratification: This Charter shall be ratified upon approval by the founding members of Atlas Corporation and shall serve as the guiding document for the organization’s operations and governance.
