Article I: Purpose
ATLAS TRAINING PROGRAM is dedicated to the education, integration, and empowerment of new pilots in the Star Citizen universe. Our mission is to reduce the barrier to entry by providing free training, resources, and a community for those starting their journey in the ‘Verse.
Article II: Core Pillars
Accessibility: We believe every player, regardless of their pledge level or hardware, deserves a high-quality experience.
Mentorship: Experienced members are encouraged to share knowledge. We measure our success by the growth of our recruits.
Independence: We train pilots so they can survive on their own, though they will always have a home here.
Article III: Leadership & Structure
The Instructors: Veteran players responsible for organizing training sessions and answering technical questions.
The Cadets: New players currently undergoing orientation or seeking basic knowledge.
The Fleet: All members have the right to request assistance or “multi-crew” opportunities to learn ship-specific roles.
