History Manifesto Charter

History

Aurelius Defense Services began in 2792 as a theoretical concept by its founder, Solomon Dvorak. Dvorak was a Lead Engineer at MISC, who specialized in SIGINT and Data Security for the UEE Navy. Throughout his career, it became increasingly evident that protecting supply lines mattered more than building bigger ships when it came to winning wars. This was a particularly touchy subject with MISC Leadership, as the larger Imperial contracts were bringing in the highest revenue.

In May, 2792 – Aurelius went from a concept, to an official business. A small group of 6 people, led by Dvorak, quit their jobs at MISC to found a new private security force. They had one goal: maintain supply lines at all cost.

Aurelius CEO MrMonocle has built upon those principles to create a modern, combat-proven team of specialists to handle every situation. Recruiting mainly from veterans of the UEE Navy, Aurelius Defense Services now employs over 100 security, medical, engineering, and logistics professionals. The range of services has been expanded from primarily security focused services to now also include on-site emergency medical care and secure transportation of data or resources.

Today, Aurelius Defense Services is a privately held multi-stellar corporation, operating as the top private security and medical provider for the largest mining and resource gathering companies to the individual prospector. The corporate headquarters is located at Aurelius Tower, in the city of New Babbage, planet Microtech, in the Stanton system.

Manifesto

Dvorak’s inspiration for Aurelius Defense Services came directly from Sun Tzu’s Art of War – “With regard to ground of this nature, be before the enemy in occupying the raised and sunny spots, and carefully guard your line of supplies” which Dvorak shortened to simply: “Supply Lines Win Wars.”

These were the last words spoken by founder Solomon Dvorak to MISC leadership before leaving the company to found Aurelius. This was the founding principle of the company, and will remain our primary driving force into the future.

Charter

  1. I agree to respect all corporation leaders.
  2. I agree not to betray vital corporation information to other organizations. This information can include but is not limited to: locations of high value corporation assets, locations of vital corporation industry, corporation access codes, convoy flight routes, up-to-date information about corporation members. This is in effect when you are in or leaving the corporations.
  3. I agree not to leak any private and personal information. I declare that any information I give about myself is of my own accord, and the corporation founders cannot be held legally responsible.
  4. I agree to report all deaths from unprepared/unplanned hostile encounters whether from NPC’s or human pilots into the killboard chat.
  5. I agree to not to teamkill under any circumstance. Teamkilling is punishable by suspension or ban from the corporation and discord server, depending on frequency and severity.
  6. I agree not to flood in game chat and UESCS discord with spam and rule-breaking content.
  7. I agree not to beg, harass, or threaten fellow members for money, assets, or ranks within the corporation.
