Manifesto

Intentions, Motives & Views

The Aurelian Knights exist to build something that actually works.

No unnecessary roleplay. No empty promises. Just a focus on structure, coordination, and cooperation.

The organization is still in development, working on what can be established now to support the long-term vision.

The structure is based on divisions, covering roles such as infantry, pilots, ship crew (multi-crew roles), and industrial support. These roles are meant to work together, not exist separately.

Flexibility matters. Members are not locked into one role, but are expected to contribute where they are needed.

This is also a place for people who want to take responsibility. Not for titles, but to help build and improve the structure over time.

The goal is simple:
Create an organization that is stable, functional, and reliable — not just in theory, but in-game.

Charter

Public Rules

Members of the Aurelian Knights are expected to act with respect, discipline, and common sense.

1. Respect
Treat other members, allies, and players with respect. Toxic behavior, harassment, or unnecessary drama is not tolerated.

2. Cooperation
The organization is built around teamwork. During operations, members are expected to follow coordination and work with others, not against them.

3. Responsibility
Members are expected to be reliable in their actions. This includes communication, participation when committed, and contributing to the group when needed.

4. No Ego-Driven Behavior
Individual skill is valued, but not at the cost of the group. Disruptive or self-centered behavior during group activities will not be accepted.

5. Leadership and Authority
When participating in organized activities, instructions from designated leaders are to be followed to maintain coordination and effectiveness.

6. No Unnecessary Roleplay
The Aurelian Knights do not enforce roleplay. Members are free to express themselves, but should respect the practical and structured nature of the organization.

7. Representation
Members represent the organization when playing under its name. Behavior that damages the reputation of the group is not acceptable.
