Clan Avalanche / AVL

Established in 1998, Clan Avalanche has been a shining example of the Rainbow Counter-Terrorism response unit. Founded by a former US Army MP and a former US Marine counterintelligence specialist, the ranks soon swelled with individuals from within EOD units, experimental weapons development, instructors in covert and clandestine operations, and decommissioned units of Classic Bullseye and Classic Wizard. Clan Avalanche had the highest success rate of any of the Rainbow response teams.

As times and technology changed, the purpose of counter-terrorism evolved and Clan Avalanche evolved as well. Adding Ethical Hackers and hardware specialists and eventually combat pilot instructors as team members; Avalanche changed with the times to what it is today, a premiere and capable response team who can accomplish anything from deep space exploration to convoy escorting with full spectrum electronic warfare capabilities.
