Preamble
Black Dragon Enterprizes is forged in the space between law and opportunity, where ambition outweighs caution and results outweigh reputation. We exist to move what others fear, reach where others fail, and dominate where others merely compete.
This Charter defines the structure, expectations, and authority of the organization—both as a corporate entity and a syndicate force.
Article I — Identity & Purpose
Name
The organization shall be known as Black Dragon Enterprizes (“BDE”).
Purpose
BDE operates as a hybrid cargo, logistics, and security entity focused on:
High-risk/high-value transport
Smuggling and covert hauling operations
Force-backed corporate negotiations
Protection and enforcement for allied clients
Dominance of trade routes neglected or feared by others
Philosophy

Operational Independence
