We at Bluth’s Bananas exist to provide the most satisfactory products. As a client, you can expect only the best service. As an associate, you can expect a loyal partner. As an employee, you can expect only the most honest, hard-working, and supportive fellows.

But who are we… really…

We’re a group of people who like honest, fun, sincere gameplay. (And, yes, we’re Arrested Development fans.) To be honest, we’re more of an organization than a corporation. We want everyone to know the majority of everyone else and we want the “corporate ladder” to be your own personal success. Each employee will have just as loud of a voice as the other. However, we desire our group to be viewed as a company, for that is how we are primarily going to do business. We want people to come to Bluth’s Bananas for our services and for us to work together as a team to get it done.

We’re interested in producing whatever goods turn out to be profitable in the game. We’d also like to transport goods – whether it be strictly legal or… …not so much. We like intense adventure, fighting, and strategy, so we’ll most-definitely embark on some nefarious smuggling runs. However, we’re not interested in direct piracy, drugs, or slaves. Our operation will be mostly legal with theses slight exceptions.

Bottom line: We want to be awesome – and we want awesome people to join us.

We’re ready to have some serious fun with this game. However, we realize that we’re going to need to work together under one banner to do anything significant (like maintain space stations, factories, etc.).

Structure

Due to several recent cases of arson that our company has dealt with, we have been forced to overhaul our manufacturing plants, storage centers, transportation structure, and communication network. As we envision it now, our upgraded structure will take the form of the following three divisions:

Production
Shipping
Security

The production division will be in charge of getting our company into any business deemed most profitable by the markets. This list will include bananas, should the market exist for them. Our company will not be limited to the production and transportation of produce, however profitable it may be.

The shipping division will likely be one of the largest divisions of Bluth’s bananas. Part of our restructuring includes obtaining large capacity ships, which we will buy as soon as we can make it to a MISC dealer. For now, we will continue to make due with stair cars. It will also be the responsibility of the shipping department to meet with our business partners to either resupply their needs or buy their goods for resale elsewhere.

A sub-division of shipping will be required for “specialty” transportation. We at Bluth’s Bananas recognize the need our customers have for buying and selling items on the fringes and more dangerous regions of space. These may be explores or mercenaries who need supplies of questionable legality or miners and other “business men” who desire to easily and quickly offload their goods. We will service the market wherever it is profitable

The security division will be in charge of escorting the shipping division, along with the production division as needed. The universe can be a dangerous place, and our transports may find themselves threatened by hostile aliens or citizens, especially for those “specialty” transportation mission. It will be the responsibility of the security division to ensure they make it to their destinations and back.

Code of conduct

All employees of Bluth’s bananas are reminded that they represent the company whenever they are flying under our logo. As such, there are certain rules that must be followed:

1. No harassment: Employees should treat there colleges with respect at all times. This includes, but is not limited to:

Abandoning fellow employees on the job
Abusing, either physically or verbally, fellow employees

2. Fulfilment of duties: Employees are expected to complete the jobs given to them by their superiors to the best of their ability. Exceptions will be made should the job turn out to be unfeasible.

3. Protection of customers: Employees should do nothing to endanger our customers or their property. All information concerning deliveries/pickups, including customer and location, should not be shared by any parties outside of Bluth’s Bananas and any corporations sub-contracted for that assignment.
