As shadow brokers, the primary function of our network is to gather intel and run data to the highest bidder. During such business, we are often participants and active watchers of the verse. For clarification, Beholder does not condone infiltration or “insiding” other organizations and sees it as a breach of trust and our fiduciary obligations to exchange information among confidential parties.

Principal members of the organization must make their membership visible, but affiliates may choose to be hidden if organizations would like point contacts for routine services.

As an organization, we cannot control the actions of third parties who are provided information from our members.

If you encounter a member espousing claims of services beyond their role, please inform our leadership for an internal investigation.

We understand the value of your credits and consider it a privilege to provide you with secure services. If you are unhappy at any point, your initial deposit will be refunded minus discussed daily expenses.

Some requests may require an extensive amount of time to process if the information is not readily available, but initial estimates will be as accurate and transparent as possible.

Rules of Operation (Work In Progress)

1. Beholder is a Neutral organization. As such, we do not formally align with any political or personal happenings. Members are free to pursue their agendas outside of organization business and, at those times, must not identify themselves as operating under Beholder or expose their membership.

2. Members and clients are welcomed regardless of identity or ideology.

3. Confidentiality and security are of the utmost importance, and breachers will be severely reprimanded up to and including termination of membership or further services.

4. As an organization, we cannot control the actions of third parties who are provided information from our members. As such, Beholder is solely responsible for the acts of our membership operating during organization business.

5. Written and verbal contracts are binding agreements, and terms will be upheld unless agreed-upon conditions for breaking said contract are enacted. If a client voids a contract, makes it in bad faith, or neglects to enforce the terms they agree to, they will be subject to direct or indirect retribution, including, but not limited to, bondsmen and bounty hunters.

7. Beholder reserves the right to decline requests, applications for membership, or dissolve contracts at their discretion at any time and is not required to provide a reason for their decision.

6. If an innate or watcher does not meet the required prerequisites for advancement or makes claims of providing services outside their scope will be subject to removal from the organization at the discretion of leadership.

7. META: Star Citizen is in development, and some roles and advertised capabilities of Beholder are not possible and should be considered flavor until they are implemented and will be updated in the future. As a game, Star Citizen is an interactive environment designed to be FUN. If you have interpersonal issues or problems, please address them privately. Do not involve people’s real lives or personal information for any reason.
