Manifesto
The idea is to have a community of different specialists that can be contacted in order to complete a contract. Thus each specialist involved is awarded for his or her services. This should not only ensure that contracts are completed and delivered in a timely fashion, but will promote cooperation and secure relations for future endeavors.
