Black Hole Company is a private military corporation forged in the dark between stars. We take contracts others won’t—precision, discipline, and loyalty above all. Independent, professional, and relentless, we operate where law fades and profit, honor, and survival collide.

History

Origins – Post-Messer Fallout

Black Hole Company traces its roots to the instability left behind after the Messer Era. As the UEE transitioned toward civilian governance, countless naval, marine, and advocacy security personnel found themselves discharged, underpaid, or quietly discarded.

Formation – The Black Contract

The company’s founding operators came together after a high-risk recovery operation in a disputed system on the fringe of UEE influence. The mission was conducted under comms silence, with no official backing. All assets were recovered. No records were filed. The name Black Hole Company was adopted shortly after.

Growth – Between Law and Profit

Operating primarily along trade routes plagued by piracy and corporate espionage, Black Hole Company built its reputation through deniable security work, asset recovery, and ship-to-ship operations. They remained deliberately independent—working with the UEE and megacorps, but never for them.

Modern Status – A Necessary Shadow

Today, Black Hole Company functions as a self-sufficient PMC active across multiple systems. Licensed where required, ignored where convenient, and unofficially relied upon when discretion matters more than legality, they exist in the void between order and chaos.

Manifesto

Declaration of Intent – Black Hole Company

Intentions
Black Hole Company exists to operate where official forces cannot or will not. We take on contracts that demand discretion, precision, and resolve—protecting assets, securing interests, and shaping outcomes in unstable regions of space.

Motives
Our motive is survival through professionalism. We do not fight for flags or corporations, but for the continuation of the Company and the crews who rely on it. Profit sustains us, reputation protects us, and loyalty binds us.

Views
We view the UEE as a necessary power, megacorporations as useful patrons, and the law as flexible beyond core systems. Order is preferable to chaos—but chaos is a tool when controlled. Pirates, extremists, and opportunists are obstacles unless contracted otherwise.

Black Hole Company stands neutral, independent, and prepared to operate in the darkest parts of the ‘verse.
