I. Command & Discipline

1. Chain of Command is Absolute.
Orders given during operations are to be followed immediately. Debates happen after debrief, not during engagement.

2. Professional Conduct Required.
Respect leadership, fellow operators, and allied organizations. Toxic behavior weakens the unit.

3. No Ego in the Field.
We win as a coordinated force — not as lone heroes.

4. Operational Security (OPSEC).
Do not share plans, fleet movements, internal discussions, or strategic information outside the organization.

II. Combat Doctrine

5. Coordination Over Chaos.
No solo engagements during active operations without command approval.

6. Comms Discipline.
During combat:

Clear and concise communication only

No talking over command

No unnecessary chatter

7. Follow Tactical Assignments.
If assigned a role (escort, logistics, overwatch, strike, etc.), execute that role.

8. No Friendly Fire Negligence.
Situational awareness is mandatory. Reckless behavior will be addressed.

New players are welcome — but participation in scheduled training ensures effectiveness.
