Black Meridian is a tactical freelance organization operating within UEE jurisdiction, executing high-risk, high-value missions with efficiency, discipline, and purpose. Built around the formidable RSI Polaris, our operations center is a capital-class corvette engineered for swift deployment, coordinated strikes, and rapid response in volatile environments.

We serve the systems others fear to patrol—operating under contract, but never under compromise. From bounty recovery to asset protection, interdiction, and covert extraction, our teams specialize in surgical missions where failure is not an option and collateral is not acceptable.

Our Polaris is more than a ship. It is a mobile command hub, forward operating base, and deterrent. From its hangar, we launch fighter wings, boarding crews, and recon elements. Inside its corridors, we coordinate multi-role operations across system borders with precision and discretion.

We do not operate outside the law—we operate where the law is thin, and our presence keeps it from breaking.

Article I – Mission

Black Meridian is a lawfully operating tactical organization under UEE jurisdiction, formed to execute high-risk, precision-driven missions across both secured and unstable systems. We specialize in bounty enforcement, interdiction, high-value target recovery, convoy escort, and special operations—primarily deployed via our fully outfitted RSI Polaris capital ship.

Our reputation is built on discipline, efficiency, and success under pressure. Where law falters at the edges of civilization, Black Meridian reinforces it.

Article II – Rank Structure

The internal hierarchy of Black Meridian ensures strategic oversight, command clarity, and operational excellence. Advancement is merit-based and performance-driven.

Rank Progression (Lowest to Highest):

1. Known Crew Member – Initiate personnel under observation; limited access to sensitive operations.
2. Engineering Crew – Technical staff maintaining Polaris systems, subsystems, and combat readiness.
3. Officer – Certified operational crew; trusted with mission execution and leadership potential.
4. Snub Pilot – Designated pilot of fighter and support craft assigned to the Polaris hangar bay.
5. First Officer – Second-in-command aboard the Polaris; responsible for crew operations and mission coordination.
6. Captain – Field commander of the Polaris; responsible for real-time mission leadership and ship command.
7. Superintendent – Supreme authority within Black Meridian**; governs strategic vision, high-level policy, and organizational integrity.

Article III – Roles

Roles in Black Meridian represent areas of functional responsibility and can be held alongside any rank (with the exception of Superintendent, who holds ultimate command).

Communications** – Oversees internal comms, mission reporting, intel distribution, and data security.
Recruiter** – Manages onboarding, applicant screening, and integration of new crew.
Commander** – Leads tactical teams and operational planning on deployments.
Superintendent** – Holds highest executive control; final authority on all matters within the organization.

Article IV – Core Values

Lawful Operation** – All missions are compliant with UEE law. Piracy, unlawful aggression, or unsanctioned operations are strictly forbidden.
Precision Over Power** – Missions are executed with tactical finesse. Minimizing collateral and maintaining operational control are non-negotiable.
Loyalty to Crew and Code** – Every crew member is accountable to one another and to the standards of the org.
Respect the Chain** – Rank and role exist to maintain order. Chain of command is followed at all times.

Article V – Deployment Doctrine

All deployments originate from the RSI Polaris, our capital-class corvette designed for deep-space operations. From this mobile command center, we launch:

Snub-fighter patrols and strike missions

High-value target interdictions
Tactical recon and support ops
Engineering and resupply operations in-system

The Polaris is maintained by engineering crews and staffed for full operational uptime, with crews rotating through training and active duty cycles.

Article VI – Membership Code

Every member of Black Meridian shall:

Operate with integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Uphold UEE law and Black Meridian standards
Avoid ego, recklessness, or endangering the crew
Report misconduct and breaches of code
Commit to readiness and training in their specialty

Article VII – Governance and Amendments

All structural changes, promotions, disciplinary actions, and charter amendments are overseen by the Superintendent, who holds final authority in all internal matters.

Recommendations from Captains, First Officers, or Commanders may be submitted for review, but all final decisions rest with the Superintendent.
