History

Blackshark Clandestine Services originated in the ancient war in the conflict of what is now called the “money wars” circa somewhere between the years 2009AD and 2014AD. The origins of the group are shaded in the past but believed to be started by a group of like-minded ex-military veterans hell bent on turning a profit on the trail end of what was left of a democracy called The United States of America. The group started out with very few members but soon grew to a handful over the next few years following the wars in the tribal regions known as Afghanistan and the former Persian empire. Earth’s history had soon changed to bury these names and places in the past but the group held their heads over the rising waters of time to stake a hold in the current politics and trends of earths future. As time progressed, BCS continued to carry out operations in the military and private sectors.

In the year 2158, the Sol system planet of Mars was finally terraformed by humans. BCS moved their operational staff to provide private military contracted services to settlers who were working in the mining and refining trades for protection from the other human settlers and pirates. BCS also lead scouting and reconnaissance operation for mining companies and resource allocations. Around the year 2380AD the UNE or United Nations of Earth was formed. Other space colonies spread out beyond Earth and Mars to travel and explore the unknown reaches of the galaxy and beyond. Blackshark eventually became larger in these years as large scale military forces and the term “sovereign countries” no longer had military forces as they once did in the past. Blackshark Clandestine services thrived in this new economy where space travel and planetary exploration was quite common and the bounds of humanity were stretched beyond the confines of Earth. First contact with the known alien races having been started sometime around the year 2437AD brought new work to BCS and it had grown into a corporation at this point as their was once again a need to protect and insure the survival of human interests in the expansion of the race into the star systems beyond Sol. As the mass exodus of humans occurred years later Blackshark was contracted by private space companies such as RSI to escort and protect the interests of the cargo and assets abroad. Thus granting the group the reputation and funds to continue well into the foreseeable future.

Currently Blackshark Clandestine Services is operating out of the Kilian system providing the same services it has for centuries. Operational headquarters for the corporation is based on the planet Keene. The corporations members names are kept private but it is rumored to be controlled by a small group. Concentrating efforts on military armed escorts for hire, reconnaissance, bounty hunting, resource acquisition and logistics, scientific research, exploration, search and rescue, and even secret clandestine operations only privy to the highest command of the group.

Manifesto

Our pilots, logistics, explorers, engineers and contractors work across the galaxy to advance our interests. As they labor, new solar systems, natural resources, industries, trade opportunities and technological advancements emerge and evolve before our eyes. Blackshark Clandestine Services has taken it upon ourselves to constantly explore, expand and discover what lies beyond our current territories. At the BCS Corporation, we support our members in variety of fields, which is why our members are often given total autonomy in their work. We know that taking responsibility for something you are passionate about most often translates directly into more effective results. At the end of the day, we are a corporation and operate and a private military company with a command structure to insure the interests of the corporation is met.

Charter

Blackshark Clandestine Services is a PMC corporation specializing in contracting paramilitary services to customers or clients on a request basis. As noted in our Manifest, our allegiance is to our clients and meeting the needs they require for a particular mission or service. The corporate structure is military based but staffed by civilians of the UEE. BCS also offers internal growth within the corporation in operational departments such as transport, logistics, exploration, research and development, technology, air assault and security, and tactical operative positions. We also have a racing club for all members to participate in if interested.
