History

The Black Wolves Corporation was founded in the year 2855 as a small business specializing in bounty hunting and providing security services within the vast expanse of the Star Citizen universe. Over the course of the next three decades, the corporation steadily built a reputation for its exceptional expertise in the field.

By 2890, the Black Wolves Corporation had established itself as a reliable and trusted entity, offering top-tier security solutions to clients in need. However, recognizing the immense potential of unexplored worlds and systems, the corporation embarked on a new chapter of its journey. It shifted its focus to exploration, aiming to uncover the mysteries of distant realms and secure valuable resources.

This strategic realignment proved fruitful, as the Black Wolves Corporation successfully ventured into uncharted territories, discovering new worlds and expanding its influence. The corporation’s exploration efforts allowed it to establish a presence in various systems, but it was the Cathcart system where it truly thrived.

For a significant period, the Cathcart system served as the epicenter of the corporation’s operations, offering lucrative opportunities for mining and salvaging. However, unforeseen circumstances and shifting dynamics in the system forced the Black Wolves Corporation to make a difficult decision. Reluctantly, they were compelled to abandon the Cathcart system and reevaluate their overall strategy.

Under the leadership of the new CEO, Ziu Fenris, who assumed the role in 2953, the Black Wolves Corporation embarked on a comprehensive restructuring process. Determined to ensure future growth and success, the corporation set ambitious growth targets, driven by a renewed vision and strategic direction. This new chapter marked a period of revitalization and innovation for the organization as it sought to forge new alliances, explore untapped markets, and leverage its core competencies to achieve its objectives.

The Black Wolves Corporation, with its rich history and resilient spirit, stands poised to overcome the challenges of the ever-changing Star Citizen universe and carve a path of prosperity in pursuit of its growth targets under the guidance of CEO Ziu Fenris.

Manifesto

Dear shareholders,

We are pleased to present the updated manifesto of the Black Wolves Corporation, outlining our commitment to creating value for our shareholders and all stakeholders across various industries. Our revised manifesto reflects our strategic vision for the future and sets the framework for our continued growth and success.

At the core of our approach is a comprehensive, multi-year growth plan that will guide our management actions and ensure the realization of our defined goals. This plan encompasses several key phases and business operations, with a focus on resources and security services as the initial areas of emphasis.

Regarding resources, we will strategically invest in mining operations, leveraging our expertise to capitalize on valuable opportunities in this sector. Additionally, recognizing the significance of security in the Stanton system, we will establish our own dedicated security forces. While our primary focus will be safeguarding our operations, we will also extend our security services to third parties, aiming to generate a return on investment. These services will encompass a broad range of activities, encompassing both space and ground operations. Importantly, our security measures will not be limited to defensive actions alone, as we will proactively combat piracy and other threats that could jeopardize business operations.

Looking ahead, our long-term planning involves expansion and investments in diverse business fields. These include real estate, production, logistics (repair and refueling services, transportation), trading, and salvaging. Furthermore, we recognize the importance of data gathering, exploration, and scientific activities, and we will allocate resources to support these initiatives internally, as we believe they will play a crucial role in our future growth.

Each of our business units will operate autonomously, yet remain aligned with the overarching corporate goals. Senior managers and directors will assume responsibility for day-to-day operations and short- to mid-term planning, ensuring efficient and effective execution of our strategies.

Real-Life ANNEX

(i) Time Is The Most Valuable Ressource

We deeply value the time you invest in exploring the Star Citizen universe. However, it is important to always prioritize real-life commitments. While Star Citizen offers an immersive experience, it is essential to remember that it is a game and not a real-life simulator.

(ii) We Are International

This organization embraces players from diverse cultural and national backgrounds. Tolerance is valued as a crucial asset for every member. English serves as our primary language for communication within the organization. However, smaller groups may use their native language for interaction, as long as they make an effort to include other members and ensure their inclusion and understanding.

(iii) Zero Tolerance for Cheating

Cheating, in any form, is strictly prohibited within the Black Wolves Corporation. Any member found engaging in cheating activities, including but not limited to exploiting game mechanics, hacking, or using unauthorized software, will face immediate and permanent removal from the organization.
We uphold the values of fair play, honesty, and integrity, and cheating undermines the principles that define our organization. We expect all members to participate in Star Citizen with integrity and adhere to the game’s rules and regulations. Violating this rule not only goes against the spirit of fair competition but also damages the reputation and trust within our community.
By maintaining a zero-tolerance stance on cheating, we ensure a level playing field for all members and preserve the integrity of our organization.

(iv) Non-Exclusivity Clause

Members are free to join other organizations, provided their involvement doesn’t compromise Black Wolves Corporation’s core values, activities, or reputation. We encourage diverse experiences in the Star Citizen universe, promoting opportunities and immersion. Our goal is not to restrict but to enhance the possibilities for our members.
