Blackwatch Strike Fleet was formed by keen veteran military personnel who believed that they could create a far more enjoyable, and effective way to combat threats to the UEE, compared to that of UEE service, or service within any of the multitude of UEE aligned militia or security organisations in the verse. Using simple and sound tactics, teamwork, effective training, and clear strategic direction to combat UEE threats, Blackwatch forces continue to defeat numerically larger forces during operations in the Crusader system.

1. OPERATIONAL CHARTER
Blackwatch is a UEE aligned militia strike fleet based around our Capital Fleet. We specialise in;
-Installation assault missions
We are an organization that will defend against alien incursion and pirate activity. We operate on the fringes of UEE space and often venture into alien territory. We are built for PVP, but also conduct PVE operations for fun activities. Our goal is to develop an exclusive 50-75 person group of players that have fun furthering their Star Citizen passion and committing to 2 gaming times a week between 19:00-22:00EST.
2. QUALIFY IN ONE OR MULTIPLE ROLES
We do not have ranks, strict slotting of gameplay, or limit fleet command opportunities- we have organization roles. Players are expected to gain qualifications in at least one of these fleet roles so that you become an effective team member. Play as a Fighter Pilot during one night, and then as a Marine or Capital Ship Crew the next. We have training courses that train members up to the Fleet Commander role. All roles will often be rotated amongst qualified players (if they desire) so that players have a fantastic Star Citizen gaming experience.
3. WE ARE ALL EQUALS HERE TO HAVE FUN
We believe strongly in military structure (MilSim) during operations, but not in the forums, ranks, or in our everyday interactions. There is opportunity to be the Ops Commander one night, and a combat pilot the next as rank is not persistent. Specialist Courses, role leads and other opportunities are open to all combatants. We are here to have fun and be positive team members who interact in a professional manner. We are also creating a culture where roles and command are happily shared, and players assist the org by playing the required roles if needed.
4. ENGAGED MEMBERSHIP
Our organization’s goal is to have an engaged membership, therefore we ask every member to have an active role within the org, be it writing lore or producing art to reporting the mechanics of capital modules or fighter tactics. If you have a Star Citizen gameplay interest, we support your passion by asking you to take leadership in it and help the group.
5. FLEET OPERATIONS (COMBINED ARMS) / OTHER GAMEPLAY
Our goal is to do one job well, and that job is PvP Fleet Operations, which is all of our various fleet units working together to achieve our objective. Players will be required to fill one of many predesignated fleet combat roles during these nights, eg; Fighter pilot, Group Commander, Fleet Commander, Scout pilot, Bomber pilot, Marine, or Capital Ship crew. Our membership will decide what gameplay we do on the other nights. Members may elect to do mining, exploration, bounty hunting, or any other activity except for piracy on the non-fleet nights.
6. TACTICS BASED MIL SIM
We also have a tactics based mil sim element during gameplay only. This means; only using predesignated military combat ships, fitting ships with military skins or player uniforms / amour etc, following orders, formations, and using unit callsigns etc whilst in game. This is to maximise immersion and help players have a higher level of fun whilst playing.
