BCI Charter

1. Overview of the BCI (PMC), Inc.

We will provide security services and/or contractual provisions and monetary satisfactions for the capture(s) (see 2a), sabotage(s) (see 2b), execution(s) (see 2c, (10-1025-2950-1a)) of said agreed security service (SS) or contractual provision and monetary satisfaction (CPAMS).

2. Purpose of the BCI Charter
This BCI Charter outlines the purpose, objectives, and scope of BCI intentions and designations. The purpose of a BCI Charter is:

To provide an outstanding bounty hunting and security service to the UEE and their citizens.

We are a law and justice affirmative corporation. Freelancing and Affiliation is approved within our decree.

By Grandfather Positioning in this corporation by Heir and Possession, Colonel Mr_Heaviness (Mr_Heaviness) Shall be General/Commander in Chief of BCI, INC. Next Positioning shall be Promotional from Rank (LTC Datyre). Authority is supreme within Corporation Shadow, however, independent chosen decisions made is solely the responsibility of the General and shall be dealt with immediately or by delegation to who or whom have committed such said decisions. General may commandeer all members ships and equipment only for corporation business or life threating emergency. Commanding Officer (Mr_Heaviness) is forbidden from multiple org roles and membership of foriegn Organizations.

To establish a General and his or her authority level
A note of who will review and approve the BCI Charter needs to be included.

2a. Capture of CPAMS
By accepting any Jobs, or missions, the understanding that ultimate measures may be taken to safeguard the loss of life and property. However, the possibility of capture or arrest, transport and relinquishment to authorities is the most preferred method of BCI.

2b. Sabotage of CPAMS / SS
Mission operations of Sabotage is strictly prohibited, unless ultimately commanded to disrupt or distract, there shall be no interference with Local and Galactic Law Enforcement personnel or campaigns.

2c. (filling UEE 01/2950 – 10-1025-2950-1a) Execution(s)
Based on CPAMS or SS, execution could be authorized to reduce personnel and property loss.

BCI, Inc. are fully Licensed and Insured in multiple locations. When leaving current system, you must register with other systems for information and tax purposes.
