History

When it all began on Grim

Sasha Blenwyth, the founder of the organization was born and raised, by her father, on Grim Hex.
Her mother died shortly after her birth, leaving her father as her only caretaker.
Her father was part of a mercenary group called The Brigade, which contracted both outlawed and legal assignments but Mostly illigal, given the pure nature of Grim Hex’ state of activity.
So he was not always around.

This often led Sasha to be alone at a young age, and given that she didn’t had much money to get by with, she often had to either beg or steal to survive.
Which she proved to be rather good at. Of course, food was always plenty, when her father returned from an assignment, however, when each one of her fathers men had to eat aswell the rations quickly thined out.
Sasha’s father always believed that a cold exterior with a solid, refined deadly interior was the best way to survive this oddly wasteland of asteroids, so teaching his young daughter to aim, pull and not blink when a soul falls to the ground wasn’t a strange feeling for him. In fact, his father taught him same.

“This world is cold and vast, Sasha. Only your bullets are worth the hazzle.” – Jonathan “The Collector” Blenwyth

When Sasha reached the age of 14, her father believed she was ready to participate in his line of work, which proved to harden her immensely.
She quickly figured out that there was more money in bounties and smuggling of goods than in begging and stealing coins from low lifes.
As timed passed she became a valuable member of The Brigade as second in command to her father.

When it all changed

“It’s simple. Get in. Get out. Don’t get caught…” – Hornet

That was the criteria for one of the most important missions in Sasha’s life.
All they had to do was break into to the lab, steal the Serum and get out without being noticed, but as Sasha’s father, Jonathan, quickly found out; it wasn’t that simple.
Sasha is 17 at the time of this event. Her and Jonathan are about to lead The Brigade into a stealthy, off the grid “Do or die” kinda mission.
1.2million UEC in profit, only a handful of guards, a dozen scientists and a dog. Should be easy, right?

They had breached the westwing sector of a Stoddard Research Center, and were moving slowly forward like a toxic shadow, eliminating each threat to the mission silently. Sasha was running front with her father, keeping track of their kill count, as if the whole scenario was nothing but a game to them, when suddently a sharp, red light starts blinking followed by a high pitched sirine sound – One of Jonathan’s men had set off a sensor.
They were now instantly surrounded by guards without any chance of escape.
One of the guards noticed that he had just caught Jonathan “The Collector” Blenwyth and called it in to his commanding officer.
Warrent Officer Gabrial Hunter Firenze stepped into the room and slowly moved up to The Collector while loading his Arclight and pointing it into Jonathan’s face, before he pulled the trigger.
He would then proceed to walk around clockwise and shoot each member of The Brigade.
Major Brian of The Brigade, a close friend of Jonathan and Sasha suddently reached out for the officers gun, Sasha saw her opportunity to escape and quickly vanished through a vent-hatch while the officer and the other guards were wrestling with Brian.

On The Good Side

5 years after the incident on the Stoddard Research Facility Sasha collides with a guy, who goes by the codename Calle Banan.
A rebellious, energized “Don’t fuck with me” kinda guy with a deadly aim and a quick shot.
At first the two of them didn’t get along, but quickly became comrades as they took on the same contracts and were forced to work together, which they did for a long time especially pulling in bounties of some of the worst criminals out there.
During this time they collected a fair amount of cash and slowly made a name for themselves. Both by the athorities and the criminals.
Due to these events, Sasha was cleared of any charges pressed against her. of course only as long as she didn’t do anything that would cross the law.

As time went on, Sasha and Calle ran into other hunters and went on different mission with a few of them. Well when you’re in this line of business you quickly make friends. (Whether they are or not, only time will show), which they of course did.
After about a year these two comrades had managed to build a small crew of misfits like themselves.
Sasha’s natural attitude, diciplin and ability to lead made her the shot-caller, while Calle’s abilty to fly a ship as if he hadn’t done anything else his whole life, made him an excellent chose of pilot.

This crew that now could man a medium sized ship wasn’t shy to take on whatever job payed well.
Because of this they often ended up with more of the “You prob. wont survive this” bounty contracts, which they didn’t have too much trouble kicking around and their reputation quickly spread around Lorville.
With a reputation like this crew, it didn’t take long for other systems to hear about them and when Grim Hex’s “Bully”, who took over after Sasha’s father died and The Brigade disolved, heard of this small crew messing up his gangs operations, he became mildy anoid and plotted a plan to get rid of them.
Especially after they (took back) one of the Freelancers he stole from the UEE.
Sasha, Calle and the crew ran a couple missions for the UEE for a couple years, but had something else planned.

Back On The Bad Side

During one of their missions for the UEE, Calle banan noticed that the shipment they were contracted to highjack and bring back to Lorville was pure WiDoW. So insetad of bringing it back, the crew decided to sell it, which proved to be a rather easy task. so they began searching for the lab, where the drugs were produced. This let them to a hidden lab on Yela, where they managed to establish a deal with the producers and after a couple hours the two parties came to a conclusion. A 50/50 profit and 60/50, to Sasha’s crew, if anything goes wrong during shipment of the drugs.
So Sasha, Calle and the crew began running WiDoW acros the Stanton System.
This, of course brought in a decent amount of UEC and together with running contracts for the UEE, the crew felt almost untouchable.
But one day somehting happened during a pick up rutine on Yela. Calle Banan was piloting the ship, as usual, while Sasha was making the deal with the lab, and the rest of the crew ran WiDoW from the lab to the ship.
Suddently they heard a high pitched screetching sound and a bright, white light, covered the entire area around the lab.
When the light felt back and everyone could see again, the ship with Calle Banan was gone, with nothing to indicate what the fuck had just happened.
