The company was founded in 2945 by Seamus McMasters under the name Boondock Galactic. The original goals of the company was to provide transport services across the Stanton System. In 2950, McMasters re-branded the company name to Predator Logistics. This was due to the added mining division from the hostile take over of the failing company Wolf Mining. New board members were added as a result of the new branding: Jefferey Jones, Bo Jack Griffin, and Chris Jones. Jefferey Jones coming from a long line of Galactic transporters, brought crucial knowledge of new and safer routes. Griffin, a former Bounty Hunter, was contracted for many armed transports, and later hired on as a division executive. Chris Jones, with his in-depth knowledge of Galactic Markets, brought a welcomed addition in contract acquisition and company research. McMasters acquired an Argo Mole in the hostile takeover and redirected his focus towards mining operations. Today, Predator Logistics operates as an overall resource transport company, from raw resources to commodity transports.
