深空联合基建（DSUC）起源于一批志同道合的星际飞行员，他们相信宇宙的未来不仅在于探索，更在于建设。

2026年春，由创始人07带领的“拯救派罗“团队，在无数次深空贸易与联合行动中积累了丰富的协作经验。随着团队壮大，我们决定将目光投向更宏大的目标——在星际间建造属于玩家自己的家园，由此我们正式成立深空联合基建

从资源运输到舰队护航，从前哨站和空间站建设到深空探索，DSUC始终秉承“建造、贸易、共同成长“的理念。我们相信，每一个加入的成员都是宇宙蓝图中不可或缺的一块基石。

Deep Space United Construction (DSUC) was founded by a group of like-minded pilots who believe the future of the universe lies not only in exploration, but in construction.

In the spring of 2026, the “Savior Pai Luo” team, led by founder 07, accumulated extensive cooperative experience through countless deep-space trade and joint operations. As the team grew, we set our sights on a grander vision — building homes for players among the stars. It was then that we formally established Deep Space United Construction.

From resource hauling to fleet escort, from outpost and space station construction to deep-space exploration, DSUC is guided by a single philosophy: build, trade, and grow together. We believe every member who joins is an indispensable piece of our cosmic blueprint.

Our mission: to spread infrastructure to every corner of deep space.

There are no barriers here, only passion. Whether you are a battle-hardened veteran captain or a newcomer just stepping into the PU, as long as you are willing to contribute to deep-space construction, this is your home.

我们，深空联合基建的成员，共同宣誓：

一、我们坚信，宇宙的未来在于建设而非掠夺。我们将以建造者的身份，在星际间留下持久的印记。

二、我们承诺以团队为先，尊重每一位成员，无论经验多寡、在线时长长短，皆享有平等的参与权与话语权。

三、我们致力于维护一个公平、友善的游戏环境，不参与欺诈、骚扰及任何形式的恶意行为。

四、我们相信贸易与合作是宇宙繁荣的基石，愿与所有组织和平共处、互通有无。

五、我们将不断壮大，将基础设施播撒到宇宙深空的每一个角落。

Charter of Deep Space United Construction

We, the members of Deep Space United Construction, solemnly pledge:

I. We firmly believe that the future of the universe lies in construction, not exploitation. We shall leave lasting marks upon the stars as builders.

II. We commit to placing the team first, respecting every member regardless of experience or time invested, granting equal rights to participate and to be heard.

III. We are dedicated to maintaining a fair and friendly environment, free from deception, harassment, and any form of malicious conduct.

IV. We believe trade and cooperation are the foundations of a prosperous universe, and we shall coexist peacefully and exchange freely with all organizations.

V. We shall continue to grow, spreading infrastructure to every corner of deep space.

第一章 总则
深空联合基建（DSUC）是一个以星际贸易、舰队建造与深空探索为核心的玩家组织，致力于团队协作与社区建设。

第二章 成员

凡认同本组织理念的《星际公民》玩家均可申请加入
成员享有参与组织活动、使用组织资源的权利
成员应遵守组织纪律，尊重队友，服从基本指挥
第三章 组织架构

创始人/总指挥：统筹组织整体发展方向
舰队指挥官：负责具体行动的任务规划与执行
成员：积极参与组织活动，贡献自己的力量
第四章 行动准则

所有大型行动应提前公告，成员自愿参与
行动中服从统一指挥，保持通讯畅通
战利品与资源按贡献公平分配
第五章 附则

本章程由组织管理层解释与修订
成员违反准则，视情节轻重给予警告或踢出处理

Chapter I — General Principles
Deep Space United Construction (DSUC) is a player organization centered on interstellar trade, fleet construction, and deep-space exploration, committed to teamwork and community building.

Chapter II — Membership

Any Star Citizen player who identifies with our mission may apply to join
Members have the right to participate in operations and access organizational resources
Members shall observe discipline, respect teammates, and follow basic command structure
Chapter III — Organizational Structure

Founder / Supreme Commander: Oversees the overall strategic direction
Fleet Commanders: Responsible for mission planning and execution
Members: Actively participate and contribute to organizational activities
Chapter IV — Code of Conduct

All major operations shall be announced in advance; participation is voluntary
Members shall follow unified command and maintain open communications during operations
Loot and resources shall be distributed fairly based on contribution
Chapter V — Supplementary Provisions

This charter shall be interpreted and amended by the organization’s leadership
Members who violate the code of conduct shall receive warnings or be removed depending on severity
