History
Blackwing Trade Syndicate was not founded out of ideology, but out of necessity.
In the outer regions of the UEE, traditional supply chains began to fail with increasing frequency: excessive fees, political restrictions, and unprotected routes. A small group of independent freight pilots stepped in to fill these gaps first informally, then as an organized effort.
Over time, individual contracts evolved into a reliable network. Blackwing established secure alternative routes, coordinated escorts, and built a reputation system based on reliability rather than bureaucracy.
Today, Blackwing operates officially as a trade and logistics consortium. Unofficially, the Syndicate is known for discreet transports, flexible solutions, and achieving objectives others have long abandoned.

Manifesto
We believe that trade is the backbone of the Verse.
Goods must be moved regardless of distance, risk, or political circumstance. While others quote regulations, we find routes.
Discretion is not an option, but a standard.
Professionalism is not a façade, but a commitment.
Loyalty lies with the contract and the crew.
Blackwing does not judge the origin of a shipment, only its successful delivery.

Blackwing Trade Syndicate exists to conduct freight, logistics, and escort operations with a focus on PvE activities, legal trade routes, and discreet special contracts.
2. Membership
1.) Members act in the name of Blackwing in a professional and disciplined manner.
2.) Initiative is encouraged; uncoordinated actions are not.
3.) Teamplay takes priority over individual profit.
3. Operations
1.) All flights are conducted in coordination or according to established operational plans.
2.) Escorts and scouts are integral to high-risk routes.
3.) Information regarding contracts remains internal.
4. Conduct
1.) No unnecessary provocation of other organizations.
2.) No public boasting about unofficial operations.
3.) Respectful conduct within and outside the Syndicate at all times.
5. Loyalty & Discretion
1.) Internal information does not leave Blackwing.
2.) Contracts are completed or cleanly aborted.
3.) The crew comes before the cargo — always.
