History

The Celestial Alliance was not created by decree.

II. OUR BELIEF

PREAMBLE

In recognition of the challenges faced by those who dwell beyond the protection of centralized powers, and in pursuit of a future founded upon freedom, mutual aid, exploration, and security, we hereby establish the Celestial Alliance.

Born from the frontier and forged through shared purpose, the Alliance exists to unite independent citizens, protect vulnerable communities, explore the unknown reaches of space, and ensure that the destiny of the frontier remains in the hands of those who call it home.

This Charter shall serve as the foundation upon which the Alliance is governed and the principles by which its members shall be guided.

ARTICLE I
NAME AND AUTHORITY
Section 1 — Designation

The organization shall be known as the Celestial Alliance.

Section 2 — Sovereignty

The Celestial Alliance shall remain an independent and self-governing organization, deriving its authority from the collective will of its members and the principles established within this Charter.

Section 3 — Purpose of Authority

Authority within the Alliance exists solely to preserve order, protect its people, and advance the mission of the organization. Leadership shall serve the Alliance—not rule over it.

ARTICLE II
PURPOSE AND MISSION

The Celestial Alliance exists to:

ARTICLE III
THE PRINCIPLES OF THE ALLIANCE

THE ALLIANCE OATH

All members who join the Celestial Alliance shall affirm the following:

I pledge myself to the Celestial Alliance.

I shall uphold its Charter.

I shall protect those who cannot protect themselves.

I shall support my fellow members.
