History

CARTEL was born in the shadows of ArcCorp’s Area18, during the turbulent industrial expansion of the early 2940s.

At that time, unchecked corporate rivalries, rampant piracy, and political corruption destabilized ArcCorp’s urban sectors. Security was often outsourced to unreliable contractors — leaving vital trade routes, corporate interests, and even civilian sectors dangerously exposed.

From this vacuum of authority, arose:
  • A coalition of veterans, mercenaries, and defectors.
  • Ties with ArcCorp’s corporate network secured influence.
  • Ruthless efficiency cemented dominance in Area18.

Today, CARTEL is feared by rivals, respected by allies.

In a universe where:
