The Cataran Thatchers as a new company are still developing the scope of our operations, however presently we intend to undertake work including the following.

• Cargo Hauling

• Courier Services

• Shipment Recovery and Delivery

• Acting as Transport Vessels

The Cataran Thatchers are a trading and transport company for otherwise freelance civilians to come together to serve under the organisation’s name. Some of the benefits of choosing to become part of our crew include:

• Not having to find your own jobs, though you are welcome to do so and arrange for them to be shared with others in the company.

• Being able to utilise company ships and other vehicles when the owners of them are involved in arranging jobs.

• Being able to pool investment funds for initial cargo purchase to reduce personal loss if something goes wrong during a large cargo hauling operation.

• Being able to take a more specialised role and still profit from an operation where you would otherwise need to take on multiple responsibilities.

• Full medical cover when working on an operation involving a ship with medical facilities, otherwise some crew will also assist with reaching medical care facilities if not available on board (discuss with captain and crew of said vessels to confirm this).

• As the company reputation and crew roster grow so too will our opportunities, likely leading to those you would not be able to achieve as a lone operative.

• Full freedom to work with and for other groups and companies within the Stanton system, we work on a job to job contract basis and thus you are not held to be available or work every operation presented to you. We believe this leads to more appropriate crewing for each job and a healthier level of competition for us and other corporations even if it has potential to lower company profits.

Here at the Cataran Thatchers we are currently seeking crew members to fulfil the following roles:

• Pilots and Co-Pilots

• Security and Gunner personnel

• Engineers

• General Crew (multi role, rarely covering for other more specific roles if necessary)

As the company grows we may also seek to staff further officers, and even additional captains.

• No crew member of the Cataran Thatchers shall break the system laws of the UEE whilst utilising ships or equipment associated with or owned by the company, nor shall they do so whilst representing us.

• No crew actively taking part in an operation of the Cataran Thatchers shall intentionally exploit those that we are in business with, they will recognise the difference between a good deal and exploiting partners and will stick to the proper side of this.

• Crew of certain roles in the company will wear the relevant safety equipment as required, our crew may be freelancers but we are still a company and shall represent as so. Those who do not heed the safety equipment side of this will be held liable for anything that happens to them and others as a result of ignoring this rule. In future crew may be requested to wear specific uniforms, in which case they will be provided by the captain for the duration of either the job or your time in the company.
