Citadel Defense Solutions Charter

Preamble:
We, the members of Citadel Defense Solutions, united in purpose and commitment, hereby establish this charter to articulate the foundational principles, values, and operational guidelines that shall govern our organization within the expansive universe of Star Citizen.

Article I: Name and Purpose

  • Section 1: Name The organization shall be known as Citadel Defense Solutions, herein referred to as “Citadel.”
  • Section 2: Purpose The primary purpose of Citadel is to provide comprehensive security solutions and services to individuals, corporations, and entities navigating the challenges of the Star Citizen universe. Our mission is to safeguard lives, assets, and aspirations across the cosmic expanse.

Article II: Values and Principles

  • Section 1: Integrity Members of Citadel shall uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct in all interactions, both internal and external.
  • Section 2: Innovation Citadel embraces a culture of innovation, encouraging continuous improvement, technological advancement, and creative problem-solving to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving landscape of Star Citizen.
  • Section 3: Unity Unity in diversity is a cornerstone of Citadel’s identity. We value the unique contributions of each member and recognize that strength lies in our collective collaboration.
  • Section 4: Client Focus The prosperity and satisfaction of our clients are paramount. Citadel commits to delivering exceptional service, fostering client success, and building enduring relationships.

Article III: Organizational Structure

  • Section 1: Leadership Citadel shall be led by a leadership team responsible for strategic direction, decision-making, and overall governance. Leadership positions may include but are not limited to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Executive Vice President (EVP), Chief Operations Officer (COO), Chief Security Officer (CSO), and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
  • Section 2: Departments and Divisions The organization may establish specialized departments and divisions to efficiently manage and address specific operational aspects, such as fleet management, technology development, and client relations.

Article IV: Membership and Recruitment

  • Section 1: Membership Criteria Membership in Citadel is open to individuals who align with the organization’s values, demonstrate skill and dedication, and pass a thorough vetting process.
  • Section 2: Recruitment Recruitment shall be conducted in a fair, transparent, and inclusive manner. Prospective members shall undergo an evaluation process that considers their skills, experience, and cultural fit within Citadel.

Article VI: Amendments and Ratification

  • Section 1: Amendments This charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the leadership team, with due consideration given to the input of the organization’s members.
  • Section 2: Ratification This charter shall be considered ratified upon approval by the founding members and subsequent acceptance by new members.

In Witness Whereof, the undersigned, as founding members of Citadel Defense Solutions, hereby adopt and affirm this charter on this 30 December 2953.
