Chiss Expansionary Defense Force – Immutable Laws

Article I.

I. Drama free zone – Maintain a respectful and honorable relationship with your fellow members and superiors. Failure to to do will result in immediate termination.

II. Positivity or the airlock – Negativity is a plague that can take over with even the slightest infiltration. I will not be tolerable of insubordinate behavior and immaturity amongst my fleet, let alone aboard my own ship.

III. Real World Duties – The vast majority of members have families and a real life, and we firmly believe that keeping these things before gaming is the best way to go. Never feel bad, and never put anyone down, for having to take care of real life.

IV. Respect – Treat others the way you’d want to be treated. Treat all your fellow members and our allies with respect.

V. No Trolls – Being a troll is not acceptable. We won’t accept trolls as clients, vendors, or members. It ruins the ingame experience for fellow members.

VI. Dedication – Those that go above and beyond the call to duty and do things unexpected of others, will be encouraged and rewarded. Do the best for yourself and your organisation. This ideal should be lived and remembered every day!

VII. Determination – Set goals for yourself. Aim to improve yourself ingame and in the real world to have a better relationship with your fellow members.

VIII. Fraternization – This is a military space fleet, not an online dating website. Do not join in hopes of finding your online soulmate.

IX. Coup d’État – If you want your military career to be over in a heartbeat from among brothers in arms, to the nearest airlock, you will not attempt to stage a siege for power over your superior officers. So long as a superior officer is fit for duty, it is your duty in turn to obey the orders of that officer.

X. Corruption – Power savvy rebellion will not be accepted in the fleet. If you suspect your superior officer of corruption and inappropriate use of their military position and rank, report it to a Phalanx Commander as soon as possible in anonymous discretion.
