Founded in 2950 by a group of visionary miners and seasoned salvagers, CESMC began as a small collective of enthusiasts seeking to exploit the vast resources of the Stanton system. Over the years, driven by a passion for exploration and a commitment to unsustainable practices, we expanded our fleet and expertise, establishing ourselves as a formidable presence in the mining and salvaging sectors. Charter
Article I: Name and Purpose
The name of this organization shall be Celestial Salvage & Mining Co. (CESMC). Our purpose is to engage in mining and salvaging operations across the galaxy, utilizing our collective skills and resources to achieve excellence in resource extraction and recovery.
Article II: Membership
Membership is open to all Star Citizen players who share our vision and values. We welcome miners, salvagers, engineers, and adventurers of all skill levels. Members are encouraged to participate actively in operations and contribute to our community.
Article III: Structure
CESMC will be led by a Board of Directors, elected by members, who will oversee operations, organize events, and represent the organization in external affairs. A hierarchy of roles will be established based on experience and contribution, ensuring clarity and efficiency in our operations.
Article IV: Operations
Members will engage in joint missions, including mining expeditions, salvage operations, and exploration missions. We will prioritize safety, teamwork, and effective communication during all activities.
Article V: Community Engagement

Article VI: Amendments
This charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the Board of Directors, ensuring that our organization evolves with the needs and desires of our members.
