“No Leash, No Mercy” Who We Are The Chem Dogs weren’t born, they were spilled.

Back in 2946, Chemline Solutions subcontracted a “hazard response unit” to clean up bio-weapon spills on Elysium IV. Corporate cut costs, skipped decontamination, and left the crew for dead when the UEE showed up. The survivors didn’t die — they adapted. They stole the ships, kept the hazmat suits, and rebranded. Now the Chem Dogs run contracts no one else will touch.

Doctrine
We’re not pirates. We’re not marines. We’re containment specialists. If it’s toxic, volatile, or banned by the Fair Chance Act, it’s our business. Boarding actions, data-wipes, wreck scavenging, biohazard disposal, chemical deterrence. You pay, we spray.

Structure

Pup – Prospect. You don’t get a callsign until you survive your first hot job.
Hound – Frontline operator. Breaching, salvage, “aggressive negotiations.”
Chemist – Tech specialist. Demolitions, toxins, shipboard sabotage, science that Geneva would ban.
Mad Dog – Squad leader. Leads packs, calls targets, answers only to the Alpha.
Alpha – Warlord & CEO. Sets contracts, manages Chemline back-channels, decides who gets muzzled.
Reputation
UEE Advocacy: “Unregulated PMC with chemical warfare capability.”
Nine Tails: “Those freaks are too crazy even for us.”

History: Why We Wear The Masks

Corporate records say HRU-7 died in 2946. Atmospheric decompression. Tragic accident.

Here’s the truth: Chemline Solutions sent us to scrub a bio-weapon spill in Elysium IV’s lower districts. Then they tipped off the Advocacy to cover their tracks. We were supposed to be the bodies in the hazmat suits.

We weren’t.

We walked out of that hot zone with three stolen Cutlasses, a case of neurotoxin, and a new policy: No leash. No mercy.

Every Dog you meet wears the mask to remember. The corps tried to bury us. Now we’re the hazard.

Hound Pack 2 deployed via C8R Pisces. Chemist “Retch” deployed airborne caustic deterrent on entry corridor. Hostiles withdrew with 60% respiratory incidents. Salvage secured: 2 SCU of refined Laranite, 1 encrypted datacore.

Losses: One Pup, callsign “Scratch.” He knew the risks.
Profit: 380k aUEC + datacore bonus pending.

Manifesto

The Chem Dogs Manifesto: “We Are the Warning Label”
1. We are the consequence.
The UEE makes treaties. Hurston Dynamics makes promises. Crusader makes speeches.
We make examples.
When diplomacy fails and credits won’t cut it, they call the dogs. Not because we’re clean. Because we’re effective.

2. The ‘Verse is toxic – we just work in it.
Out there it’s corps poisoning planets, pirates poisoning trade lanes, and bureaucrats poisoning hope.
We don’t pretend it’s sterile. We weaponize it. Gas, acid, EMP, sabotage – if it burns, corrodes, or chokes, it’s in our kennel.

3. Loyalty to the pack.
A Hound never leaves another behind. No contract is worth a brother’s life.
You bite for us, we bite for you. Cross us, and the whole pack remembers your scent.

4. We take the jobs nobody else will touch.
Biohazard derelicts. Hurston waste cleanup with live security. Clearing Xi’an ruins for Banu clients.
If the mission briefing comes with a hazmat warning and a liability waiver, it’s a Chem Dogs op.
Fear is a luxury. Respirators are standard issue.

5. Reputation over regulation.
We don’t wear UEE blues. We don’t beg Advocacy for permission.
Our word is the bond. Our results are the law.
Empires rise on paperwork. Packs survive on bite.

6. Adapt. Overcome. Contaminate.
Outgunned? Gas the corridor. Outnumbered? Vent the atmo.
Out of options? Dogs don’t run. We dig in, mask up, and make the ground we stand on uninhabitable for anyone but us.

### Chem Dogs Organization Charter [CHDG]
Ratified by the Pack, 2954

Article I. Purpose
The Chem Dogs Organization exists as a direct representation of the Chem Dogs Community in Star Citizen. Founded by U.S. Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Specialists, we provide a low-stress, no-obligation environment for members of all backgrounds to play, decompress, and operate as a pack.

Article II. Core Tenets
1. Real Life First – Family, health, and duty come before the ‘verse. No attendance quotas, no mandatory ops.
2. Respect the Pack – Diversity is our strength. Discrimination, elitism, and drama have no place in the kennel.
3. Play Your Way – Combat, industry, medical, exploration, or just social. All playstyles are valid. No judgment.
4. Loyalty Runs Deep – We watch each other’s backs. In game and in life. Leave no Hound behind.

Article III. Structure
1. Pup – New member. Learning the ropes.
2. Hound – Member in good standing.
3. Specialist – Subject matter expert. Mentors and assists Pups.
4. Watchdog – Squad leader/moderator. Keeps the pack safe and drama-free.
5. Old Dog – Council/leadership. Veterans who guide the org and uphold the charter.

Rank is earned through participation and character, not grind or hours logged.

Article IV. Code of Conduct
1. No griefing allies or civilians without cause. Contracts and self-defense are valid.
2. No racism, sexism, homophobia, or harassment. Zero tolerance.
3. No exploiting, cheating, or actions that jeopardize the org.
4. Disputes are handled by Watchdogs. Final word rests with the Old Dogs.

Article V. Affiliations
Chem Dogs maintains a shared Discord and close alliance with MEDICUS [MDCS]. We honor all mutual-aid agreements and support allied operations when able.

Article VI. Amendments
This Charter may be amended by majority vote of the Old Dogs, with input from the pack.
