Article I: Name and Purpose

Section 1: The name of this organization shall be Chimaera.

Section 2: Chimaera is established to navigate the universe with precision, mastery, and honor, providing strategic solutions, bounty hunting, and freelancing services while upholding a strict code of ethics.

Article II: Membership

Section 1: Membership is open to all individuals who resonate with the ethos of Chimaera and demonstrate proficiency in their respective fields.

Section 2: Members are expected to uphold the principles and standards set forth in this charter and the Chimaera manifesto.

Article III: Organizational Structure

Section 1: The ranks within Chimaera, from Ensign to Grand Admiral, reflect the hierarchy and responsibilities of members.

Section 2: Each rank has specific duties, privileges, and expectations, which members must adhere to.

Article IV: Code of Conduct

Section 1: Every member is bound by Chimaera’s code of honor, emphasizing fair engagements, respect for adversaries, and transparency.
