ĈIRKAU estas interkultura, interspeca, Ne-Registara Organizo, kies rolo estas antaŭenigi komprenon kaj kunlaboron inter vivantaj estaĵoj.
Ĝia celo estas provizi al ĉiuj rimedojn por komuniki, interŝanĝi, protekti kaj helpi.

ĈIRKAU estis oficiale fondita la 22-an de septembro 2792 kiel NGO, kelkajn monatojn post la falo de Messer 11. ia celo estas evoluigi komunikadojn kaj la interkonsenton inter specioj, estu kuratoraj de kulturoj kaj protektas scion kontraŭ ideologio, kaj ankaŭ protektante ne. -humaj specioj kaj medioj.
La originoj de ĈIRKAU revenus bone antaŭ tiu dato. Inter ĉi tiuj originalaj membroj estas pluraj kontraŭ-mesaĝaj aktivuloj inkluzive de tiuj, kiuj elsendis spektron la videojn pri la racia konduto de Garron 2 eksterteranoj antaŭ ol ĉi-lasta estis distrita. La organizo kaj ĉi tiuj membroj ludus gravan rolon en la levo de la homoj kontraŭ la Messer-Imperio. Onidiroj asertas, ke ĈIRKAU estus bone antaŭ la vira epoko, sed preskaŭ neniu spuro de organizo kun ĉi tiu akronimo aperis ekde la 21a jarcento.

ĈIRKAU was officially founded on September 22, 2792 as an NGO, a few months after the fall of Messer XI. Its purpose is to develop inter-species communication and understanding, to be a guardian of cultures and protect knowledge from ideology, and to protect non-human species and environments.
The origins of ĈIRKAU go back to before this date. Among its original members are several anti-Messer activists, including those who broadcast videos on Spectrum about the behavior of Garron II aliens before it was terraformed. The organization and its members are said to have played an important role in the uprising of the people against the Messer Empire. There are rumors that ĈIRKAU existed long before the Messer Era, but hardly any traces of an organization with this acronym have appeared since the 16th century.

ĈIRKAU a été officiellement fondé le 22 septembre 2792 en tant que ONG, quelques mois après la chute de Messer XI. Son but étant de développer la communications et l’entente entre les espèces, être gardienne des cultures et protéger les connaissances face aux idéologie, ainsi que protéger les espèces et environnements non-humain.
Les origines de ĈIRKAU remonteraient bien avant cette date. Parmi ces membres originels se trouvent plusieurs activistes anti-Messer dont ceux qui ont diffusé sur Spectrum les vidéos sur le comportement rationnel des extraterrestres de Garron II avant que cette dernière ne fut terraformer. L’organisation et ces membres auraient joué un rôle important dans le soulèvement du peuple face à l’Empire Messer. Des rumeurs affirme que ĈIRKAU existerais bien avant l’Ère Messer, mais pratiquement plus aucune trace d’une organisation avec cette acronyme n’apparait depuis le 21ème siècle.

The main goal of the ĈIRKAU organization is to bring together people from all walks of life and cultures
We wish to welcome and interact with all known species in the ‘Verse. ĈIRKAU has a role of Universal Embassy. We collect knowledge of past, present and future.
The organization offers to learn languages: Esperanto, English, French as well as Xi’an and Banu and hopefully many more.
Our missions are:
- to welcome all people who ask for it
- to collect diverse knowledge (scientific, historical, behavioral, sociocultural, species monitoring…) via explorations missions.
- to share the knowledge gathered by the organization.
- to help populations and species in difficulty.
One of the unofficial missions of ĈIRKAU is to protect xenospecies against poachers.
The organization is composed of active members involved in the collection and sharing of knowledge and in aid missions. The organization also offers paid services (diplomat, mediator, interpreter…) and may sell data and artifacts.

ĈIRKAU est une organisation qui souhaite réunir des personnes de tout horizons, toute culture… Nous souhaitons accueillir et être en relations avec toutes les espèces du ‘Verse connue. Ambassade Universelle, nous récoltons des connaissances passé, présente et future. On peut y apprendre plusieurs langues : Esperanto, Anglais, Français ainsi que le Xi’an et le Banu. et on espère pleins d’autre
Nos missions sont :
– l’accueil de toutes personnes en faisant la demande
– la récolte (via des missions d’explorations) et le partage des cultures et savoirs sociaux et/ou scientifiques
– l’aide aux populations et espèces en difficulté.
Une des missions officieuses de ĈIRKAU est de protéger les xeno-espèces contre les braconniers.
L’organisation est composée de membres actifs impliqués dans la collecte et le partage de connaissances et dans les missions d’aide. L’organisation propose également des prestations payantes (intervention de diplomate, médiateur, interprète…) et éventuellement de la vente d’information ou d’artefact, accessible à toute personne souhaitant acheter ces biens ou services.
