History

2939: Colonel Alistair Cooper (Retired) founds CSL Security Solutions together with Captain Xavier Santos (Retired) and Major Xiaming Liu (Retired). CSL manages to secure a high profile consulting contract with the UEE Navy shortly after its Foundation.

2940: CSL grows to a total of 20 Employees due to high demand in security services from the UEE military forces. CSL Specialists serve as military advisers around the entire UEE territory and disputed Territories. CSL makes 7,5 Million UEC annual revenue.

2941: The demand for more customer oriented solutions is driving CSL to expand into the private Sector of High Value/High Risk Logistics and Evaluation for companies who are active at the frontiers of UEE territory. This includes transport, consulting, intelligence, security and complex travel management for High Profile Customers. CSL employee count is now 30 and annual revenue at 12,9 Million UEC.

2942: The company is growing at a solid rate throughout a very successful year. In addition CSL is now further expanding the portfolio of available services. Upholding Policing and general Security activities in frontier territories can be a challenging task for our law enforcement. This is why CSL is now proudly presenting integrated security solutions via our executive acquisition department. By assisting our law enforcement in searching fugitive individuals and taking them into custody CSL is now serving local communities and reducing the workload of our strained law enforcement officers. CSL employee count is now at 50 and annual revenue climbed up to an astonishing 20 Million UEC.

2943: CSL is going through a reorganization process in 2943 due to the exponential growth of the past years. Our business areas and core functions are now sorted into 4 different divisions: Operations, Supply Chain, Commerce and Human Resources. At the end of 2943 there are 70 employees generating a total of 30 Million UEC annual revenue.

2944: CSL Salvaging is created and offers a variety of services including search and rescue, wreckage retrieval and removal as well as environmental care. The creation of this new department boosts CSL to a total of 100 employees and an annual revenue of 48,7 Million UEC in 2944.

2945: CSL is now one of the leading service providers in the UEE. A total of 5 government contracts, increasing revenues through its salvaging operations and the creation of its new mining operations office is increasing our annual revenue to a total of 84 Million UEC in 2945. CSL is proud to employ a total of 140 experts in their respective fields.

2946: The amazing success of CSL is sadly overshadowed by a variety of unfounded allegations and lawsuits against the company. The allegations included use of excessive force, aggravated assault, manslaughter, murder, piracy, espionage ,blackmail and war crimes in relation to classified services for the UEE Navy.

Alistair Cooper, Xavier Santos and Xiaming Liu were arrested on site and taken into custody for further questioning concerning the past activities of CSL as a result of these allegations and multiple eye witness accounts.
An Ethics committee has been formed as well as the department for internal auditing in order to perform an internal investigation as a result of these events.

The three Founders of CSL were cleared of all charges after months of investigations and despite all allegations due to a lack of evidence. CSL has always said publicly, that there was no substance to these claims and that all employees as well as their supervisors are behaving according to our high ethical standards at all times.

CSL also won multiple lawsuits against individuals slandering our company in public. Claims concerning obstruction of justice by high ranking UEE Navy officials turned out to be completely false.

Although CSL has been cleared multiple times the company still sustained a consiberable amount of damage to its image and especially to the company finances due to skyrocketing legal expenses. The three Founders of CSL withdrew from the board of directors, sold their company shares to Prodigy Capital Investment and are now enjoying their well-deserved retirement. The vast majority of our employees sadly had to be let go.

2947: A new board of directors has been appointed by Prodigy Capital Investment (PCI) in order to ensure a fresh start for its newest acquisition. The Chairman of PCI, Seth Cooper, sees CSL as a promising Opportunity to establish a foothold in the managed security and services market. CSL Security Solutions will therefore trade under a new name starting January 1st 2947:

COUGAR has been completely reorganized and streamlined in order to be able to deliver top performance in a highly competitive and demanding market. Public Relations has been set up as the 5th Division of our organization. Transparency and clear communication will prevent incidents from the past to ever happen again. The Department for internal auditing has been made a permanent institution of our Human Resources Division. This will ensure that the ethical standards and moral integrity of our employees are second to none. All former Assets of CSL were transferred to the new company headquarters and enable COUGAR to provide its services with state-of-the-art ships and equipment.
