Where Civilization Ends, We Build.
Consolidated Development Ltd. was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of ArcCorp to build the infrastructure behind its expanding mining operations. On newly charted worlds, CONDEV crews were often the first on the ground: they laid landing pads, processing yards and habitation blocks before the first ore was extracted.
When ArcCorp acquired Stanton III, CONDEV moved from outpost builder to city builder. Over the following decades it became one of the leading contractors in the planet’s transformation into a continuous urban landscape. It helped shape some of its most recognisable skylines, including the IO-North Tower.
Building on its reputation in Stanton, CONDEV began offering its services as a planetary developer for hire. It built cities and industrial hubs for other megacorporations, including some of ArcCorp’s direct competitors. The move was controversial, but it brought record growth.
CONDEV is returning to its roots. With new systems opening on the frontier, the company is again building mining bases, settlements and the infrastructure that holds them together, from the ground up.
Consolidated Development Ltd. operates as ArcCorp’s frontier infrastructure subsidiary, providing the physical foundations required to establish and sustain operations beyond established urban centers. CONDEV develops and maintains mining bases, industrial sites, settlements and spaceports, while providing the logistics, security and operational support needed to keep them running.
“The philosophy behind Consolidated Development’s renewed frontier push is straightforward: where there is an opportunity worth pursuing but no infrastructure to support it, CONDEV builds the infrastructure first.”
