Todays profits are tomorrows investments. Our main objective is to become a self-sustaining entity with the means to both enhance our current standing and protect our accuired assets. Secondary objectives consists of being able to support external endevours, diversify our business portfolio and facilitate the ability to further our interests. All aspects of the company are essential. We highly encourage personal initiatives! Albeit with rescept for the chain of command.

Profitable initiatives will be duly rewarded.

At Copernicus we strive to attain the highest level of professional work ethic and personal conduct. Therefore we expect our employees and associates to reflect this level of standing by following the following rules:

– No racism, homophobia, sexism, ableism, hate speech or other forms of discrimination. That´s below the values we seek to uphold. Human decency costs nothing and the wellbeing of our co-workers is everything! Respect your co-workers.
– No cheating or using exploits. We don´t condone that sort of behaviour. It only serves to less appreciate our progress and milestones.
– No flaunting of company assets, there´s nothing to gain by gloating. Economic mismanagement will at minimum result in dicpilinary actions.
– Don´t abuse your rank or employ within our company against associates or outside actors. This is a company not a penal colony.
– Follow the law, always. We take pride in our work and try to reflect that in how we interact wtih authorities and the citizenry.
– Respect the chain of command. There can be no efficiency without order and no profits without efficiency.
