History
Welcome to Crendraven Incorporated
There was a time when the Crendraven name carried weight throughout the United Empire of Earth.
For centuries, the corporation stood among Humanity’s most influential industrial powers, helping construct trade networks, transportation infrastructure, resource operations, manufacturing facilities, and frontier settlements during the UEE’s great era of expansion. From the thriving commercial centers of Terra to the outer reaches of the former Perry line and beyond, the Crendraven name became synonymous with ambition, innovation, and influence.
Yet our history, like that of the UEE, has not always been defined by prosperity.
The turbulent years of the Messer Regime tested every institution within Human space. Like countless institutions of the era, Crendraven Incorporated found itself caught in the political and economic upheaval that reshaped the Empire. Entire corporations vanished. Families were ruined. Records disappeared. Assets changed hands. By the time the Messers had fallen, Crendraven Incorporated had quietly faded from public view.
In the centuries that followed, the corporation was widely believed to have dissolved.
Official registries listed the company as inactive.
Financial records grew cold.
Corporate holdings quietly disappeared behind layers of acquisitions, shell entities, and forgotten archives.
Eventually, the name Crendraven became little more than a historical footnote.
Or so everyone believed.
Recent filings submitted to the Imperial Commerce Commission have confirmed what many dismissed as rumor.
Crendraven Incorporated was never dissolved.
It simply ceased to be seen.
Now, after generations of silence, the corporation has re-emerged under the leadership of the Crendraven Family Board of Directors. Descendants of the company’s founders have reclaimed the family name, reassembled what remained of their vast network, and begun rebuilding an enterprise that many believed had been lost to history.
Today, Crendraven once again operates under the authority and laws of the United Empire of Earth, with interests spanning advanced manufacturing, interstellar logistics, infrastructure development, energy production, financial services, security technologies, terraforming support, frontier investment, licensed bounty acquisition services, and professional mercenary contracting for lawful defensive and stabilization operations throughout both UEE-controlled and frontier systems.

Any assertions to the contrary are considered unsubstantiated speculation and are not supported by official corporate records.

Corporate Charter of Crendraven Incorporated
Ratified Under the Authority of the United Empire of Earth
For more than five centuries, Crendraven Incorporated has operated in service of lawful commerce, industrial advancement, and the continued prosperity of Humanity.
This Charter establishes the guiding principles, obligations, and enduring mission of the corporation and all subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives acting under its authority.
Article I — Purpose
The purpose of Crendraven Incorporated is to advance the economic, technological, and infrastructural development of Human civilization through responsible investment, innovation, and stewardship.
The Corporation exists to identify opportunity, manage risk, create value, and strengthen the foundations upon which future generations may prosper.
Article II — Principles
Crendraven Incorporated shall conduct its affairs according to the following principles:
