History
The Crimson Phoenix was founded after the battle of Vega II in 2945 SEY. The organization was founded with the intent of protecting commerce and travelers within systems susceptible to Vanduul attack. The UEE allowed the Crimson Phoenix to maintain a military presence within their systems to assist the Empire in any way possible. Those who serve the Crimson Phoenix swear their fealty to the Imperator of the UEE. Our organization is loyal to the Empire. The Crimson Phoenix will be a Stalwart of the Empire!
Manifesto
Our sacred duty to the Empire is to be the Stalwart defender of the UEE. Those who pay their taxes and show their fealty to the Emperor are obliged to purchase our services and allow us to provide assistance in terms of Military and Security Contracting affairs.
Charter
This is the Code of Conduct of the Crimson Phoenix:
Piracy is punishable by Execution by Firing Squad.
Disobedience is punishable by Execution by the Leading Commissar.
Any task given to a member of the Crimson Phoenix is to be conducted to the best of their ability. Even if it means death.
Orders will be followed and only questioned when the orders are unnecessary and unlawful.
To maintain Combat Effectiveness, Training will be conducted once a month by your Unit Leader. Training will be in accordance and approved only by the Recruitment and Training Office.
Any actions that are against the code of conduct must be put to a Court Martial. The Court will decide the sentence or if the justification for the sentence suffices.
