The direct motives of Cryotech Pro are to protect our clients¹ through whatever means are deemed necessary by Cryotech and our clients¹,². Cryotech Pro also aims to protect Citizens in distress, regardless if they are a potential or previous client, or potential enemy³,⁴.
Cryotech Pro, while protecting our clients and distressed Citizens also provides one of the safest Citizen and cargo transport services⁵

¹ A client is defined as a Citizen, group of Citizens, or organization that can provide payment or a service in exchange for our protection

² These means must be agreed upon by both parties prior to payment or promise of service. Our arrangement with a client can only be changed during our service to them under EXTREME circumstances. Cryotech does not have to contact the client if a situation escalates to extreme circumstances until after the problem has been dealt with.

³ An enemy is defined as a Citizen, group of Citizens, or organization that Cryotech and its allies have recognized as actively dangerous or hostile toward other Citizens.

⁴ A potential enemy is defined as a Citizen, group of Citizens, or organization that has not yet been recognized by Cryotech as hostile, but has been recognized by at least 1 or more of its allies.(This number is determined by organization or at least five lone wolf Citizens Cryotech has been allied with)

⁵ We retain the right to refuse service of any kind to anyone for any reason except on the basis of species, race, color, religion, national or planetary origin with the exception of the Vanduul and any other unknown hostile species.

CRYOARMS AGENCY CHARTER OF OPERATIONAL DUTIES

1.Contract agreements and conditions
1.1
CryoArms Agency and its sister companies reserve the right to terminate a contract at any part of the transaction if it is determined that such a contract has become to dangerous for it’s Pilots and crew to participate in or is in violation of direct system laws.

1.2
CryoArms Agency and its sister companies will not accept a contract in which the contract forces its pilots or crewmembers to participate in violation of system laws and or any UEE standards and regulations.

1.3
If a client does not uphold their end of a contract agreement, CryoArms Agency and its sister company reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately if demands are not met in an appropriate fashion.

1.4
When a client has agreed to a contract, his or her property is now open to CryoArms agencies personnel, failure to allow crews to board the vessel will terminate the contract. If the client wishes to board a CryoArms aircraft, his or her right to enter can be denied if deemed unsafe.

1.5
If a client’s property is destroyed, and the clients crews or asset cannot be safely retrieved, CryoArms agency reserves the right to terminate the contract on site.

2. Payment and reimbursement.
2.1
Upon completion of a contract CryoArms Agency or its sister companies agents must link up with the client to discuss payments, failure to do so will put the client’s organization on a blacklist or under particular circumstances an individual will be blacklisted from receiving protection services from CryoArms Agency

2.2
If a client cannot meet payment requirements, the client must then follow up with an agent at a later date, no later than 30 sol days in order to reimburse the unpaid amount. If no such payment is met with in 30 sol days, a client will then be given an option to do pilot contracted work for Cryotech or CryoArms Agency with no pay in exchange for missing payment. Depending on the severity of the payment amount missed The client will be given an additional 30 days after the original 30 days to comply with the reimbursement agreement and at which the payment will increase by 10 percent for every day missed. If still no reimbursement is made a team of CryoArms Agency Crews will be sent to collect debt from you, via collecting assets or goods.

2.3
A payment agreement will be made at the start of a contract. The payment agreement is determined by Journey length and or assets required. A client will be required to fully agree to the terms before any work is completed on the contract. The client is required to have a route set for our crews to follow ahead of time or CryoArms Agency crews will determine the best route for you in exchange for an additional fee of 500 UEC

2.4
CryoArms Agency and its sister company does not take payments of any other type of “currency” no matter its value CryoArms Agency and its sister company deals only in UEC.

2.5
If a route decided by the client brings CryoArms Agency crews into uncharted territory, an additional fee of 500 UEC will be charged to the client.

2.6
If a client requires cargo from a CryoArms Agency or Cryotech vessels, an additional 50 UEC will be charged for every SCU of space taken up on our vessels.

2.7
An estimated value of the cargo in transportation on both the clients vessel and the companies vessel will be taken before the trip, and an agent from CryoArms Agency or Cryotech will determine a flat rate for transportation also determined by distance, any distance lower than 50,000 km will automatically be charged 500 UEC. for every 150,000 meters traveled the client will be charged 50 UEC. Any distance lower than 150,000 meters will automatically be charged 1000 UEC. for distances not traveled in Quantum, 100 UEC will be charged per 100km traveled.

3. Rules of engagement
3.1
Enemy vessels marked as hostile via the system will automatically be engaged without question.

3.2
Any vessel that is approaching the convoy in an offensive manner will be given warning shots to leave, if the vessel does not leave. CryoArms Agency pilots are clear to fire upon the vessel.

3.3
For larger contact vessels an avenger warlock will be used in conjunction with energy fighting aircraft. During the engagement, the clients vehicles will be diverted from the field. Furthermore if a smaller vessel is engaging the clients vehicle, an avenger warlock will charge its EMP near the clients vessel and wait for an optimal time to engage, the client will be instructed to set a heading not obstructed by an object during this practice.

3.4
If CryoArms Agency employs larger vessels to the field, it will become the lead ship, and will direct fire on to enemy vessels.
