Citizen Support Unit / CSU

Citizen Support Unit is founded on the principles of aiding fellow Citizens and maintaining neutrality from the various conflicts. Citizen Support Unit is out there to help anyone in need, no matter who they are and what their allegiances may be.

Never turn our backs on distress call or on those who are lost in the vastness of space, in need of outside help, for every Citizen is valuable and important and we can not afford the lone survivors of the stars to simply be abandoned.

We are not the galactic police!
We do not come to rescue you from the troubles you have caused on yourself through hostile actions taken, we are not out there among the stars to make the void a better place for everyone. We are out there to make sure that at the end of the day even the lone bounty hunter who ran out of fuel can make their way home to their family.

We fight dirty!
If you dare to pick a fight with us do not expect us to maintain some kind of chivalry code of combat, we will employ all the tactics and strategies necessary to win, though understanding that only the desperate or foolish fights to the bitter end, the wise warrior lives to fight another day.

Corporations come and go, wars begin and end, we will remain to help those who emerge from the ashes to stand on their own feet again and to see them on their way across the galaxy.

Come join us when you finally become disillusioned with the kind of life piracy and bounty hunting brings, when you finally are embittered by the coldness of the space and the way the other space jockeys out there treat each other and be part of never ending work which has meaning!

Citizen Support Unit is here to help those in need. This does not mean giving to beggars, it means helping out the lone trader whose ship was shot up by raiders or even those same raiders when they ran out of fuel in middle of the nowhere. Brand new Citizens still learning the ropes can reach to CSU for information on how to get started and traders and explorers can ask us to fly escort for them.

For CSU this is a calling, profit is secondary. We at CSU understand that every Citizen is important no matter what their allegiances may be. We do not discriminate on whose distress call to answer, we will answer it. We are out there to give advice and aid to those in the need of it.

CSU has no strict command structure, this is not in our best interests. We wish to give members a lot of freedom to pursue their own goals while following our principles of helping those in need and never leaving a distress call unanswered. CSU is for those of you who understand that by helping others we set an example of the kind of behavior we wish for everyone to adhere to and those of you who understand that at some point you will be in the position where you must drop that distress beacon and hope someone is out there to come save you.

CSU holds no moral high ground or code of combat around glory and honor. We maintain our neutrality from the wars raging across the stars but are willing to fight dirty against those who pick a fight with us and to protect our own.
