Operation Rising Sun
Objective: Recruitment of individuals dedicated to building a community from the ground up.
Goal: Establish core leadership and 1st division, to then open up another division such as logistics, hauling, or resource acquisition.

Manifesto
CTAC BASIC INFORMATION
Cobalt Tactical functions as a self-sufficient pmc, offering personal training, long term profits, and security for its members.
By standard we do not require primary status in order to join, however, members seeking to progress through the ranks and earn better pay must have CTAC set as their primary organization.
Once fully operational, CTAC will consist of multiple divisions, each catering to different playstyles and gameplay loops.
Each division will have their own officer, recruiter, and marketer, along with a members list, limited by division officers.

Charter
CTAC members are required to adhere to the following rules:
Activity – Minimum weekly log-in with exceptions to affiliates and if communicated that it is an impossibility.
While we aim to have highly active members, it’s just a game, we all have lives and responsibilities that take priority.
Conduct – All members are required to act in a respectful manner to each other and any players they interact with.
Rank – Rank does matter, follow instructions given by members with the appropriate ranks.
Accountability – We have a 0-tolerance policy for distasteful behavior, drama, and trolling. Low rank members are encouraged to hold their leadership accountable.
