Manifesto

This organization serves as a type of vigilante group that can and will go beyond what normal law enforcement won’t, but we do not interfere where law enforcement is.

Any pilot with a crime stat at, or above, level 3 is a target for our rancor, with each additional level increasing our pursuit, and methods of dealing with, those with the stat.
