NUNQUAM NON PARATUS – NEVER UNPREPARED
History
Formerly, Astro-Tek Industries was founded in 2948 on Microtech as a Cargo, Logistics & Support company. They later expanded their reach to ArcCorp and Crusader, and in 2950 introduced a Medical & Retrieval branch to the company for recovery of stranded individuals.
During a routine cargo mission on Crusader the Nine-Tails openly attacked leaving countless dead. They took over the neighbouring platforms and held them for days. Thankfully due to the UEE creating the Civilian Defence Force in 2944, the platforms were soon liberated. The Astro-Tek Industries council agreed that due to this threat of the Nine-Tails, a new private military should be founded. Astro-Tek ceased current operations regarding cargo, logistics & support and built the foundations of The Dark-Sea Legion to combat the growing threat. Using their Crusader platforms and training grounds and a temporary headquarters.
The Dark-Sea Legion became a highly skilled and adaptable military force within the Stanton system, capable of deploying quickly in response to any threat, be it from the Nine-Tails, Xenothreat, The Slicers or other rogue factions threatening UEE space. By 2952, The Dark-Sea Legion spanned everything from anti-pirate operations to corporate espionage, defence and VIP protection ensuring that their skills were in high demand across the galaxy. Recently contacted by the UEE NAVY for defence on the jump gate to the Pyro System.
SECURITY AND OPERATIONS
The sword and shield of The Dark-Sea Legion, as capable as an army.
They are our first and last line of defence and are primarily used for reconnaissance,
tactical operations, mission support, Protection of installations, armed security escorts
of VIPs and cargo.
LOGISTICS AND SUPPORT
This branch of The Dark-Sea Legion specialises in the logistical side of the Legion,
sending humanitarian supplies or personnel to a variety of locations no matter
what the conditions.
MEDICAL AND RETRIEVAL
The Dark-Sea Legion Medical Group was founded before Astro-Tek was
dissolved, however the goal of providing medical support never stopped.
The Group specialises in the extraction of our personnel and aid to citizens
and civilians within the UEE.

Specialised Combat Excellence
Each Legionnaire is handpicked and trained for specific combat scenarios, from counter-piracy operations, to high-stakes boarding actions. The Dark-Sea Legion is known for its adaptability in space combat, ground warfare, defense, VIP protection and tactical stealth operations.
Strategic Independence
The Dark-Sea Legion operates mostly independently. Contracted by the UEE and UEEN for specific missions. They offer their services on a contract basis, tailoring each operation to the unique needs of the client, and always delivering results.
Rapid Response and Precision
Time is often of the essence in the lawless stretches of the verse. The Dark-Sea Legion prides itself on rapid deployment, often launching operations within hours of receiving contracts. This ability to move fast and strike decisively has made them the go-to force for high-risk scenarios requiring quick results.

The Dark-Sea Legion recognizes and adheres to the laws of the UEE so long as they do not conflict or overwrite the Legion’s own policies.
The Dark-Sea Legion – Immutable Laws
Drama free zone – Most of us graduated high school years ago. Leave the teen drama in the school halls. Drama will not be tolerated in the Legion
Positivity or the highway – Negativity is a plague that can take over with even the slightest infiltration. Any negative members have got to go.
Real life first – The vast majority of members have families and a real life, and we firmly believe that keeping these things before gaming is the best way to go. Never feel bad, and never put anyone down, for having to take care of real life.
Be respectful – Treat others the way you’d want to be treated. Treat all your fellow members and our allies with respect.
No jerks allowed – Being a jerk is not acceptable. We won’t accept jerks as clients, vendors, or members. We will never be jerks.
Life’s too short. Jerks are not allowed.
Always go above the call of duty – Never accept “good enough” for yourself. Do the best for yourself and your organisation. This ideal should be lived and remembered every day!
